9 Policies Ordering: A minimum 48-hour lead time is required. Delivery: We deliver 7 days a week, from 8:00am to 8:00pm. A minimum spending of $500 is required for Saturday and Sunday deliveries. Delivery charge varies from $5 to $95, depending on location/venue. Equipment Pick-Up: All bowls, baskets, platters, chafing dishes, serving utensils, etc. will be picked up within 72 hours after event. Please ensure all equipment is in one designated area. Any missing or damaged equipment caused by the client will be invoiced accordingly. A same-day pick up of items can be arranged at an additional charge. Pricings & Payments: Our menu prices include the following. All chosen menu items Presentation platters, chafing dishes with fuel, and serving utensils Eco-friendly disposable plates, utensils, and paper napkins Please note that the following items are not included, however we will be happy to arrange for them upon request. Tables, chairs and all table linens Chinaware, flatware, glassware, etc. Decorations (i.e. floral arrangements, themed props, etc.) Garbage disposal All menu prices above and delivery charges are subjected to 5% GST. Deposits may be requested for first-time clients. Payment will be due upon receipt of invoice issued after delivery. We accept cash, cheques, VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Interac. A 2% levy will be applied to all credit card payments over $2000. Payments not remitted within 30 days after receipt of invoice will be charged 5% compounding interest every month beyond. Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing If cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the event date, client may be responsible for 75% of the total bill
