1 Menus For 2014 Including Our New Carvery and Winter Spit Roast Menus Many thanks for your looking at our menus and prices, Whatever you re celebrating, we do hope we will be able to help you with your arrangements. Australian Style is a lot more than just a Spit Roast and Barbecue Company and can provide everything from delicious homemade Canapés to fabulous Wedding Breakfasts as well as table linen and serving your drinks. We offer fantastic value for money as you will see over the following pages. Organising any event can be very stressful but, hopefully, our 18 years organising weddings, family parties and corporate events in this area will take some of the burden from your shoulders. We do get very busy but would be delighted to provisionally reserve your date whilst we discuss your requirements and prepare a detailed plan and menu for your big day. And that s the thing. We always remember it is your big day and not ours, which is possibly why so many clients recommend us to their friends and use us time after time. Almost everything we serve is freshly made from the freshest and finest ingredients we can find, with the centrepiece often being our Spit Roast Meats or Barbecues. We also offer fabulous Chicken, Chorizo and Seafood Paellas or more traditional Hot and Cold buffets as well as Canapés and Entrées for more formal occasions. For an occasion such as yours any of these options will provide an exciting yet economic way of feeding your guests. Excluding our new DIY Hog Roast menu, and in addition to providing good food, our menu prices, include all cutlery, crockery, cooking and serving equipment, including Gas rings, Hot water urns, Barbecues, Spits and Cold boxes etc. together with our washing up and equipment cleaning costs, free of charge; with table linen and our unique bar service (you provide the drinks and we supply and do everything else) available for a modest extra charge. The fact that most of our clients opt for these services suggests we are highly competitive

2 Australian Style Menus 2014 Continued... Our prices are straightforward; Depending on the menu, and your guest numbers, you will normally need the services of 1 or 2 our experienced Chefs who cost each for the first 8 hours.and 20 an hour thereafter. They will arrive up to 3 hours ahead of your eating time, set up the Spit or BBQ s and buffet, prepare all foods to be served, cook and serve the meats, and generally be of service to you before clearing away. For more complex menus or occasions an additional Chef may be required. For larger parties and Weddings we strongly recommend additional members of staff who will prepare your drinks for service, lay up tables and generally make sure everything is ready in advance of your guests arrival. They will also man and top up the buffet, serve and clear plates etc. The charge for this will be each for the first 8 hours and per hour thereafter. But do remember that for most Weddings most staff will probably be working for at least 9 hours. If you are worried what it it all might cost we are happy to prepare you a preliminary sample menu and an estimate of the total costs that might be involved. New for 2014 Except for out All British 3 Meat Carvery and DIY Hog Roast, you can now choose up to 5 of our freshly made Salads and 3 of our delicious home made Desserts with all Australian Style Menus. You can also opt for our Hot Vegetable selection for a small extra charge. Our new DIY Hog Roast Menu is a set menu with the same high food standards as all our other menus, delivered to your door, with full instructions and avoids the need for you to hire our chefs or waiting staff. Your Hog will be almost fully cooked, you simply need to supply your own kitchen and tableware, i.e. Carving knives, serving spoons, cutlery and crockery (disposable perhaps), together with your sauces. It comes in 2 sizes up to 60 guests and up to 100 guests with either just the main course or main and dessert. Over to you Chef

Your Hog will be almost fully cooked, you simply need t o supply your own kitchen and tableware, i.e. Carving knives, serving spoons, cutlery and crockery (disposable perhaps), together with your sauces. It comes in 2 sizes up to 60 guests and up to 100 guests with either just the main course or main and dessert. Over to you Chef On arrival we will set up the Spit and give you instructions on its safe use before leaving you to Wow your guests. The Salads and Desserts are pre-made and delivered in foil containers ready for your buffet. PLEASE NOTE This menu does not include cutlery, crockery, serving bowls or utensils.

11 Canapé Selection Our stunning homemade canapés always make a dramatic impact and are ideal to serve with your drinks reception, whilst the photographer is busy at your Wedding, as an alternative to a starter. or when space or seating is at a premium - Perfect for Product Launches and Corporate Events. There is a minimum of 3 or 5 pieces per person when they are served in conjunction with a main meal (See Pricing Below) and a minimum of 10 pieces per person when serving canapés only.
