4 Everyone will be gathering at Field 10 for a Light Breakfast from 7:30-8:50AM, for four individual team photos from 8:50-9AM and to start the Sports Day at 9AM. Page 4 of 8

6 Lunch/Cafeteria Location: Lunch will be served at the Rider University Cafeteria in the Daly Dining Hall. On the map below it is Building #4; follow the orange route back to get to the Cafeteria from the fields. The Cafeteria is about half a mile away (eight minute walk) from the fields. Highlighted in green is a parking lot that is available for a ny that would like to move their car near the Cafeteria so that it is nearby once lunch is finished. Page 6 of 8

7 Food and Drink It is very important that you, as a high caliber athlete, stay hydrated and nourished! Start drinking plenty of water 2-3 days in advance to ensure your body has good reserves of hydration before the big day. Drink water throughout the day in smaller portions; not a whole bottle half way through the day! Water and food will be located at the Drinks Tent and field stations. Only water and Gatorade are permitted. Please eat a healthy protein breakfast it is important to eat or you may find yourself dizzy/light-headed and not able to participate for the rest of the day. Other Notices Uniform the Weather will be Warm so please come prepared. Gym shorts/skirts, team T-shirt do not write on your T-shirt. Shoes tennis shoes and/or cleats. No metal cleats will be allowed. Students Please be attentive to announcements, we need to keep moving between the events. Please play and stay safe throughout the day according to law, if a student has a head injury with possible concussion you will be excluded from competing in any further events that day.
