4 WELCOME AT BAR & RESTAURANT MILÚ We are located in the city centre of The Hague, neighbouring the historical Hofkwartier and next to the Grote Kerk. Milú has a large restaurant on the ground floor, a private restaurant on the first floor and a spacious heated terrace throughout the year. Our interior is industrial, authentic, cosy and made using robust natural materials. 5.

5 GROUPS & EVENTS Our private restaurant on the first floor is excellent for meetings, lunches, drinks, private dinners, receptions etc. PRIVATE DINING Our international oriented kitchen prepares a variety of cuisines for dinner. In order to taste as many items as possible, our menu consists of a selection of different entrees, ideal for sharing! For larger groups we offer a set tasting menu. The tasting menu is a journey through our menu, with a selection of dishes being served at the table in rounds to share and enjoy together. It is possible to add a final course to dinner: dessert! We do cater to different allergies and food requirements; please let us know in advance. The set price of the dinner menu, without dessert is per person. Should you wish to complement your meal with a dessert? Price of a menu will be 35 per person. Do you prefer cheese instead of sweets? For 12,- per person the menu ends with a plate of different cheeses. LUNCH MENU S A tasty lunch with your group is also possible at Milú. We cater to a variety of possibilities. The set menu items will be served in the middle of the table and consists of sharing dishes. These different menus can also be added to the meeting packages. LUNCH MENU I 12,50 PP. 7 MEETINGS Looking for an inspiring location for a meeting, training, workshop, brainstorm session or other type of meeting in the centre of The Hague? Our restaurant on the first floor is a beautiful light space that offers a flexible layout. Personal attention comes first to us. We are offering a unique, atmospheric and comfortable environment for an affordable price. In addition to offering various audio-visual equipment, we can also provide lunch, drinks or dinner, upon request. MEETING PACKAGES We are offering two types of meeting packages: a meeting excluding lunch and a meeting including lunch. MEETING PACKAGE EXCLUDING LUNCH 1 DAY PART PP. 15,- Welcome of you and your guests is at your own discretion and in consultation. During your stay you can enjoy unlimited coffee, tea and mineral water. All other drinks are based on subsequent calculation. This package also includes house-made biscuits and peppermint. INCLUDING LUNCH 1 DAY PART PP. 34,- Welcome of you and your guests is at your own discretion and in consultation. During your stay you can enjoy unlimited coffee, tea and mineral water. All other drinks are based on subsequent calculation. This package includes house-made biscuits and peppermint. During your lunch you will receive freshly prepared sandwiches, a fresh salad, veal croquettes on sliced bread, milk, fresh orange juice, coffee and tea. You also have the option of choosing the lunch packages as described on page four of this brochure. The price will then consist of the room rental for the meeting ( 15, -) and the supplement amount of the chosen lunch menu (I, II, or III). Drinks are not included in the lunch packages. 8 RECEPTION Having drinks is the best time of the day! Milú offers an extensive drinks menu featuring many craft beers, a variety of wines by the glass and a wide range of cocktails and gin & tonics. Of course Milú offers a selection of nibbles and small bites. We have a selection of hot or cold bites, or a combination of both. We also offer a variety of drinks packages. FINGERFOOD PACKAGES For groups with a minimum of 15 people, we have compiled a number of fingerfood packages. Should you prefer to include items from a different package, please let us know, we look forward to explore the options! FINGERFOOD PACKAGE I 6,00 PP. This package includes 4 warm snacks per person and the olives and nuts will be served on the tables to share. Smoked almonds and big green olives Mixed appetizers ( bitterballen, cheese twists, spring rolls with duck, crunchy chicken) FINGERFOOD PACKAGE II 10,00 PP. This package includes 1 fish cake and 2 spring rolls per person. The bread will be served on the tables on arrival. The quesadillas and pizza will be served to the guests. 12 GROEPEN & PARTIJEN Ons privé restaurant op de eerste verdieping leent zich uitstekend voor uw vergaderingen, lunches, borrels, privé diners en recepties etc. PRIVATE DINING Onze internationale keuken bereidt gevarieerde gerechten voor het diner. Om zoveel mogelijk te kunnen proeven bestaat onze dinerkaart uit allemaal verschillende voorgerechten om samen van te kunnen genieten! Voor grotere gezelschappen werken wij met een tastingmenu. Het tastingmenu is een wandeling door onze menukaart waarbij er in drie rondes verschillende gerechten op tafel komen om te delen en samen van te genieten. Eventueel is het menu uit te breiden met een laatste gang; dessert! Uiteraard houden wij rekening met eventuele allergieën en/of andere wensen. Dit kunt u van tevoren aan ons doorgeven. 13 FINANCIAL DETAILS Bar & Restaurant Milú accepts pin, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and cash payments. BILLING We do offer the possibility of sending an invoice afterwards. For the receivement of an invoice we charge a 15, - administration fee. We kindly ask you to provide billing details beforehand. Additionally we request a copy of a valid Government-issued ID and a business card that matches the personal information on the ID. For more information regarding payments per invoice, we refer you to the Payments section regarding the topic of conditions on the next page. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS On all financial transactions the general hospitality sector terms and conditions are applicable ( Uniforme Horeca Voorwaarden ). These are available at nl. If desired, we offer the possibility of sending these terms and conditions, free of charge. NUMBER OF GUESTS A week prior to your event we shall receive the final number of guests, this to determine the final number of guests for the invoice. Additionally we shall receive the final dates and times for your event and if applicable, any dietary restrictions and allergies of the guests in your party. In the event that fewer guests are able to attend the event, the client will carry the financial risk. The final invoice is drawn up based on the final number of guests, containing always the minimum number of the guaranteed number of guests. Should there be more guests present on the day of the event, these extra costs will be added to the invoice based on subsequent calculation. PAYMENTS INDIVUDUAL GROUP RESERVATIONS & CORPORATE RESERVATIONS Should you agree to the final agreement, please return the agreement to us signed on the terms page and with initials on all other pages. This can be done by . After the event, you will receive the final invoice including any additional costs based on subsequent calculation. We do not charge an advance, but expect payment within two weeks after receiving your invoice or otherwise agreed upon. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations more than 14 days in advance no costs will be charged. Cancellations within 14 days or less 25% of the reservation fee. Cancellations within 7 days or less in advance 50% of the reservation fee. Cancellations within 3 days or less in advance 75% of the reservation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours to 3 days in advance 85% of the reservation fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance 100% of the reservation fee. 12.
