We are pleased to present Het Anker Brewery our two locations: Het Anker Brewery (Mechelen) and De Molenberg Distillery (Blaasveld). Our meeting rooms are equipped with the latest technical facilities, including an automatic projection screen, a sound installation and unlimited free internet. Both locations are part of Het Anker. Het Anker Brewery, one of the oldest in Belgium, is known throughout the world for its Gouden Carolus beers. The three copper kettles in the brewing hall date from just after the Second World War. The building underwent in-depth renovation work in the 1990s. Charles Leclef, the fifth generation of the family, restored the old buildings and modernised the brewing installations. The Gouden Carolus Classic and Gouden Carolus Tripel, winners of several awards, are still brewed here today, in the authentic brewing hall with its copper kettles. In 1990, Het Anker opened a unique brewery hotel within its walls, which was fully renovated in At the end of 2010, the refurbished brasserie opened and guided tours of the brewery were resumed. Also in 2010, a fully-fledged whisky distillery was established and brought into service in the 17th-century family farm in Blaasveld: De Molenberg Distillery. Our restaurant guarantees a unique taste experience. Here you will find delicious dishes, some of which are prepared with beer. Of course, you can choose from an extensive list of beers with your menu. When you make a group reservation at the Anker Brewery, you have the choice of the following three menus. We ask you to select one menu per group, with a meat and a fish option in each case. Please let us have your choice at least five days before the activity. 1 - Gouden Carolus menu with or without drinks formula: Main course stew or fish + dessert 2 - Brewer s menu with or without drinks formula: Soup + main course meat/fish + dessert 3 - Cuvée van de Keizer menu with or without drinks formula: Starter + main course meat/fish + dessert * Vegetarian alternatives possible. Lunch/dinner drinks formula: Menu with appropriate beers. If you prefer soft drinks or water, we can also serve these for the same price. If you would also like to drink wine with the menu, a separate charge is made. Coffee or tea after the meal are included. STAND-UP BUFFET + You choose the number of small dishes per course. You can select these from the menu available at the time. We recommend taking three dishes per course. Allow at least three hours for the stand-up buffet. The stand-up buffet is only available from 25 people. RECEPTIONS + For receptions, you can choose a duration as of two hours. You can choose between standing and seated reception formulas, with or without (standing) tables. We also offer a wide range of cold or warm snacks. SEATED BUFFETS + Our Breugel buffet is always served with a selection of breads (currant loaf, nut bread, bread made with brewer s yeast and various multi-grain breads), as well as an assortment of salads, sauces and vegetables (tomato salad, carrot salad, salade liegéoise, etc.). You can put your buffet together yourself by choosing from among 10 different dishes. Seated buffets are only possible for groups from 30 people. You can also order our group menus in buffet form. See lunch/dinner for this. BARBECUE + At De Molenberg Distillery, you can also opt to offer your guests a barbecue. During a barbecue, we serve one piece of fish and three pieces of meat per person. This is combined with a salad bar. An additional dessert buffet is possible. A barbecue can be arranged from 30 people.. = DRINKS FORMULA (stand-up buffet, reception, seated buffets, barbecue) Water, fruit juice, soft drinks, Gouden Carolus Tripel, Gouden Carolus Classic, Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Blond, Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark, white and red wine. (Beers according to season and availability). Service and facilities are included in your drinks formula. After the meal, we will charge bar rates plus an hourly fee per waiter

The Anker Brewery has 22 spacious rooms (twin and double). They all have their own bathroom, cable television, free internet, coffee and tea in the room. You will also find a drinks vending machine with a wide range of beers in the hotel lobby. The hotel has an enclosed private car parking (paying). GROEPEN You can combine your meeting or event with one of our activities. VariousVANAF group packages can be 10 PERSONEN chosen (from 10 people) in collaboration with seven local partners or choose one of our various tasting sessions (from 20 people) where you can learn about our products based on a given theme. Or what about a tour of the brewery or the distillery, including tasting. These packages or tastings are the ideal way to end your day at Het Anker. De Molenberg Distillery Address: Klaterstraat 1, 2830 Blaasveld Parking: free in own car park and surrounding streets Bookings Telephone number: Opening times reception: Monday to Friday: 7.00 am pm Saturday: 8.00 am pm Sunday and public holidays: 8.00 am pm The meeting rooms can be hired in three daily periods: Morning: 8.00 am 12 noon Afternoon: 1.00 pm 5.00 pm Evening: 6.00 pm pm Het Anker works with its own catering team or with one of its regular partners. For stand-up and seated buffets, receptions and barbecues, we work only with a drinks formula. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Our prices may change. The price indicated on your quote is the correct price. Your booking request should always be confirmed by an from Het Anker. The booking is only valid with this confirmation. A deposit of 30% is requested upon booking. If this deposit is not paid within the set period, the booking will be cancelled. Quotes remain valid for the period indicated on the quote itself. The number of people can be changed up until 24 hours before the activity. A charge will be made for later changes, in addition to the stated price. To avoid misunderstandings, all adjustments are made by . In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the activity, your deposit will be retained in full. If hotel rooms are cancelled for groups (bookings from three rooms), the following rates will be charged: cancellation between 0 and 7 days beforehand: 100% charged, cancellation between 8 and 21 days beforehand: 50% charged and cancellation over three weeks beforehand: 25 charged. Het Anker reserves the right to provide a meeting room other than that booked by the client if the room booked is unavailable due to a case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. Live music is only permitted subject to prior consultation with Het Anker
