2 Welcome to The Brighton Hotel Situated on the heart of the Mandurah feshe, the Brighton Hotel offers an array of facilities and entertainment areas f everyone to enjoy. The hotel has been a town icon since 1895 and has contributed greatly to the social life of the past and present residents of the Mandurah area. Whether your looking f a place to hold your next birthday celebration, engagement party a cpate event, the Brighton Hotel is the perfect place f your next function. We have 2 private function areas in the venue as well as the lounge bar which is a non exclusive room hire. All function areas require a deposit upon booking to secure your requested date and area.

3 Function facilities UPSTA I RS T ERRA C E BA R Our upstairs Terrace Bar is located above the restaurant and overlooks the picturesque Mandjar Bay and Mandurah feshe. This upstairs area is full of great features including your own private bar, balcony, foyer & lounge area as well as your own private toilet facilities. The Terrace Bar is perfect f private events such as 21st birthdays, engagement parties, small wedding receptions, wakes and cpate events, private meetings seated lunch/ dinner meals. Unftunately there is no wheelchair / elevat access f guests so please be sure to keep this in mind when choosing this room f a function. CAPACITY COCKTAIL 60 SEATED GA RDEN BA R Our outdo Garden Bar is a one of a kind to the Mandurah area with its bright seating, astroturf and beautiful London Plane tree, creating a space f the perfect outdo event. Being outdos, the Garden Bar is best suited to summer time events and a noise restriction of 8pm does apply. The Garden Bar provides its own private bar f guests to enjoy the simplicity of purchasing drinks throughout their function. CAPACITY COCKTAIL 50 SEATED LOUN GE BA R The Lounge Bar is located at the front entrance of the venue between the main bar and restaurant. It is fitted with a cosy fireplace, pool table and lounges whilst being perfect f smaller, me intimate events. As the Lounge Bar is located between the 2 main areas of the venue, this is a non exclusive room hire. CAPACITY - 50 COCKTAIL BISTRO DECKING Our Bistro Decking has a beautiful view of the Mandurah feshe and is located at the very front of the venue. This area has 2 different options f hiring. The first being an exclusive room hire (private), and is subject to the entire outside bistro area within the blinds located around the perimeter. The other option being a non exclusive room hire which will be a shared area with other patrons through out the venue. CAPACITY - 60 COCKTAIL 50 SEATED

This is only supplied upon request. - All beverage package selections must be finalised no later then 7 days pri to the function date. - All guests attending the function must participate f the packages to be available. - No premium spirits included in drinks package. Ask manager f exact spirits included.

7 Terms & conditions DEC O RAT I O N S - We allow guests to decate the venue however they wish f functions. We do however have a strict no confetti glitter policy. - Please advise management of any maj decations and all persons dropping decations off to the venue will need to discuss this with management pri. C AT ERI N G A N D BEVERA GES -All catering, beverage packages and dietary requirements are to be finalised no later then 1 week pri to the function date. This is to guarantee stock availability. - Please make sure to note any allergies with the manager when finalising food selections so we can notify the kitchen. - Due to our food safety program, no outside food beverages are to be consumed in the venue. This is also a strict no food / beverage take away policy and we can not allow guests to leave with food and drinks at the end, during their function. C A N C ELLAT I O N S - Cancelling a function once a deposit is paid can only be done by consulting with a manager of the venue and must be done so by the person who booked and paid the deposit. - Where a function is cancelled within 2 weeks of the function date, half of the deposit will be refunded to the customer. - If a function is cancelled 7 days less pri to the function date, the whole deposit will be ffeited and no refund will be given. SEC URI T Y A N D C O N DUC T - If you require a security guard to exclusively attend your function, you must let the venue know at least 1 week pri to the function date. The cost f a security guard is $50 per hour, per guard. - The venue takes the responsible service of alcohol obligations very seriously and you must suppt any decisions made by the venue in relation to the responsible service of alcohol. - The venue has the right to refuse entry service and remove any patron from the premises they deem to be approaching intoxication, showing signs of improper behaviour, become abusive, disderly any anti social manner. - You must advise management of any mins that will be attending your function on the night. Please be aware as per our liqu license mins are only permitted in the venue with a guardian / parent and must vacate the premises by 9pm. - All 18th birthday celebrations must have a security guard exclusive to their function f the entire duration. This is an additional cost of $50 per hour, per security guard. GUEST EN T R Y - Guest entry to functions will only be permitted in accdance with the agreed and booked function times. - Additional guests beyond the numbers of guests confirmed pri to the function may only be permitted in accdance with the venues licensed capacity. - Mins are welcome to attend functions but must be accompanied by a gaurdian / parent and vacate the premises no later then 9pm. SMOKING There is strictly no smoking permitted in the Upstairs Terrace Bar balcony Garden Bar. Please use the designated smoking areas located at the side of the venue. DA MA GE - Please be advised that the ganisers of the function are financially responsible f any damage, theft, breakage vandalism sustained to the function room venue by any guests, invitees other persons attending the function. - Should any extra cleaning be required to return the room to a satisfacty standard, this will be charged to the ganisers. - The venue does not accept any responsibility f damage loss of merchandise left at the venue pri to after the function. It is recommended that the clients goods be removed from the venue immediately after the function. PAY MEN T S - A payment of $200 deposit will be required to secure any booking made by a customer. Failure to do so will result in the function date being available f another booking. This must be paid in der to secure your requested date. - If you wish to pre-pay f everything pri to the date of the function such as food and beverage options, a manager can take your payment and you will receive a total invoice upon payment. Any extra's consumed on the date of the function will be an additional charge to the client on the day. - All bill totals are to be settled and paid by the end of the function. - The venue accepts cash and all fms of eftpos excluding AMEX..

8 Terms & conditions In relations to the use of credit card infmation set out by The Brighton Hotel I, hereby authise The Brighton Hotel, to debit the credit card of details below. Credit Card details are kept as a security bond only, pri to the function no deductions payments will be taken from the card without notification to the card holder first. In the event that your function has taken place, and there are outstanding charges to be made, they will be charged to the card within 72 hours - unless pri arrangements are made with management. Upon successful completion of your function and only once all payments are made, The Brighton Hotel will destroy your card details. By signing the part below, you agree that you have read and accept the Terms & Conditions attached. The Brighton Hotel DOES NOT take tentative bookings.
