3 Introduction We welcome you and your guests to the Medallion Club. The Medallion Club is committed to delivering quality events and entertainment to Members. This booklet is designed to assist in maximising your experience within the Medallion Club at. MEMBER SERVICES DEPARTMENT Our Member Services Team is available to assist during the following hours of operation: Monday to : 8.30am-.30pm Event Day Midweek: 8.30am until the start of the event Weekend: 3 hours prior to the start of the event The Member Services Team can also be contacted by ing medallionclub@etihadstadium.com.au or by phoning The Member Services Desk operates on event days and is situated on the concourse opposite Gate. Member Services staff are also located at the information desks in the Hub entrances of Aisles 6 and. CHANGE OF ADDRESS To assist us in keeping you up to date with the latest Member news, please notify us of any change of contact details for your licencee, administrator or associates. change of address details through to medallionclub@etihadstadium.com.au MEDALLION CLUB DRESS CODE Smart casual is the minimum dress requirement for entry. If members or guests are attending The Grille, we prefer gentleman wear a collar. To avoid embarrassment or inconvenience unacceptable clothing items are outlined here: tracksuit pants, sports attire, untidy or dirty clothing, beachwear or midriff tops, rubber thongs, ugg boots or moccasins, sleeveless tops, tank tops and singlets for men including football jumpers. MEMBER BEHAVIOUR POLICY The Medallion Club is proud to uphold the true tradition of football being a family sport. It seeks to ensure that all Members and guests enjoy the experience in safe and comfortable surroundings without fear of verbal or physical abuse, either personally or as a witness. The Medallion Club will not tolerate: foul language, drunkenness, sitting in seats that are allocated to other Members, any form of abuse, physical or verbal, threatening behaviour, damage to property, fraudulent misrepresentation and any form of discrimination. Any persons who engage in this type of behaviour will be removed from the Club and. Depending on the severity of the behaviour this may incur suspension of membership. Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests. It is the Member s responsibility to ensure that their guests are aware of the Club s policies and procedures. Please advise your nearest Customer Service staff member of any inappropriate behaviour and Medallion Club staff will take appropriate action to address the issue. GETTING TO MEDALLION CLUB The Medallion Club is located on Level of and can be accessed through entry points at Gate 8 or Gate. TICKETING Ticketing is available to Members via their 6 Member ticket books or e-ticket accounts. TICKET BOOKS Ticket books are provided for each seat held in your Medallion Club membership and are made up of two separate sections: The first section contains your Medallion Club tickets for all 6 AFL Home and Away matches to be played at each ticket displays event details, seating location and preferred aisle of entry The second section contains additional events numbered from 40 Additional event tickets are used for sporting events held at such as A-league or / Big Bash League which have not been finalised at the time of printing Once an additional event is announced, Members will be notified via . 4 E-TICKET Over 7% of Members now enjoy our easy on-line ticketing solution, E-ticket. Season and car park tickets, where applicable, will be uploaded into your Account Manager for distribution prior to the 6 AFL Home and Away Season. Additional events will be uploaded into Member accounts once they are announced. LOST TICKETS Please keep your event tickets in a secure place. If tickets are lost or stolen please notify the Member Services Team on or medallionclub@etihadstadium.com.au by 3pm the prior to the event and we will arrange for replacement tickets. Please note that if tickets are reported lost or stolen, the barcodes will be cancelled and will not scan into the. Members may also proceed to the Medallion Club Customer Service window on event day for assistance with lost/stolen tickets. Event day Medallion Club assistance is located on the concourse opposite Gate. ACCESS TO THE AFL MEMBERSHIP ( ONLY) Members of the Medallion Club will be issued with an AFL Full Membership ( games only) per seats held at. The Medallion Club AFL card entitles the holder entry into the AFL Reserve as follows: All 6 AFL Toyota Premiership Season games held at the * Access to purchase Reserved Seat Packages at the * Access to purchase 6 AFL Toyota Final Series for weeks, and 3 * Guaranteed access to purchase 6 AFL Toyota Grand Final tickets (conditions apply) Access to purchase tickets to the AFL Reserve for the Boxing Day test matches, one-day internationals and / internationals held at the * *Subject to availability SEATING AT THE AFL MEMBERSHIP ( ONLY) Pre-book reserved seats via Ticketek Ph: Ticketek outlets Scan in on match day without pre-booking. However, this is strictly subject to availability and in the event that the AFL Reserve is full, access will be denied Purchase member and up to 4 guest passes per barcode for Home and Away games held at the, subject to availability All finals information regarding on-sale dates and how to purchase will be sent to Members via Medallion Club s For further information regarding AFL dining, pricing and on-sale dates, please refer to our website or the AFL website COLLECTION FOR GUESTS/CLIENTS If there are multiple games held at the in one weekend and you wish to leave your cards for collection on game day, please place your AFL membership card/s in a clearly marked envelope with the name of the person collecting and date of the match. Envelopes can be left at Gate 7 (access is available from the internal concourse) for collection from the Gate 7 external ticket window. LOST AFL CARDS In the event that cards are lost or stolen please contact us by calling or us at medallionclub@etihadstadium.com.au Alternatively, on event day go to the Gate Medallion Club Customer Service window for assistance. FOOD AND BEVERAGE The Grille presented by Penfolds The Medallion Club s finest à la carte restaurant, located at Aisle 7. Offering a selection of Gippsland pasture fed and certified Angus grain fed steaks cooked to order on our char grill and accompanied by a variety of sauces and side dishes. The Grille menu will change on a monthly basis with our half-time fare or King Island cheeseboard always on offer. Select from our ever-increasing wine list produced exclusively by Penfolds. The Grille has limited capacity and is extremely popular, so we suggest making a reservation early, especially for evening games. Please be advised that all produce is cooked to order and there may be a slight delay during busy events. To ensure that you can make it to your seat for the first bounce, please arrive 0 minutes prior to the game s commencement. 5 The Carvery The ideal restaurant for grazing, offering a weekly changing buffet menu, located at Aisle 8. Be greeted by our chefs at the interactive cooking station, where they will carve our delicious meat selection of the week, catering for a wide variety of tastes and appetites. Finally spoil yourself at the dessert station, comprising a selection of delicious desserts and Connoisseur ice cream along with an assortment of King Island cheeses. The Carvery buffet will be open until the end of half time and is ideal for anyone wishing to dine at their own leisure whilst enjoying all of the on-field action on the screens. Children eat free at and day games throughout the AFL Season. The Sports Bar Located at Aisle, The Sports Bar is a friendly, casual, à la carte dining option. Catch all the latest sporting action from around the world on the many available screens or enjoy a game of pool or darts! A great place to meet before the game for casual dining or drinks. Retaining all of your old favourite dishes along with some new tempting monthly running specials. Simply order at the bar and your food will be delivered directly to your table. Food will be available to order until the end of quarter time, no bookings required. DRINKS Terrace Bar and Balcony The most popular place to meet for drinks, prior, during and post events. With a varied selection of local and international beers and wines, located at Aisle. Offering a relaxed atmosphere, with prime viewing positions and extensive screens for you to enjoy all the action on the field. Light snacks are available from the bar, as well as wood-fired pizzas and kransky s from our very own wood fired pizza oven on the Balcony. Live entertainment is on offer every and evening throughout the AFL Home and Away Season. PAYMENT OPTIONS Along with the traditional methods of payment we offer two alternative payment options for our Members and their guests. Medallion Club Charge Cards An alternative to cash or credit card, Charge Card is a debit card that is transferable and can be given to clients or guests for use on event day. Deposit a predetermined amount from $0 to $000 on your Charge Card and each time the card is used the transaction will be debited from your account. Charge Cards are perfect for entertaining or as a staff reward and can be topped up. Charge Cards can be used at all bars, restaurants and retail outlets within the Medallion Club. For full terms and conditions and to apply for a Charge Card, download the application form from the Medallion Club website. Credit Card Authorisation An alternative to the Medallion Club Charge Card and equally as convenient is the Credit Card Authorisation option. This option allows you to prepay for your dining or beverage account on your own credit card and set the dollar limit at the Medallion Club restaurant where your dining reservation is held. This is a perfect way to prepay for guests when you are not attending on the day. Download the authorisation form from the Medallion Club website and scan and to medallionclub@etihadstadium.com.au before 3pm on the prior to the event. Please note that you will need to make a dining reservation and quote the reference number for your booking on the authorisation form. RETAIL OUTLETS Take-away food and beverages are available from the retail outlets located in the Medallion Club at Aisles 7 and 8. Outlets offer a range of food from Thai cuisine, pizza, pie and chips, to ice cream and espresso coffee. SMOKING Smoking in the Medallion Club is not permitted. Smoking is permitted on the external concourse, Level only. Exit via gates 8 or.
