1 2018 WEDDING INFORMATION & CATERING MENU The Radium Golf Group operates two outstanding golf courses, The Springs Course and The Radium Course. The Springs clubhouse and ceremony site overlook the Columbia River Wetlands. This venue is available for smaller ceremonies and intimate receptions of up to 25 guests April through September and up to 100 guests October through March. The Radium Course ceremony site looks out towards the Purcell Mountains and the clubhouse looks onto the golf course. The venues on this course can hold up to 160 guests and are available at any time of year. Ceremony sites are included in reception costs. Thank you for considering the Radium Golf Group. Extra days can be rented, based on availability, minimal charges will apply. Music can play and venue remain open until 1:30am, last bar call at 12:45.

4 VENUE INFORMATION VENUES The Palliser Room is located in our main building and will hold weddings of up to 140 people. Its neutral colours will compliment any decorations or theme. The large accent rock wall offers something different and a great background for pictures. Guests will enjoy a fantastic view of the Purcell Mountains from the large southwest facing windows. The Palliser Room is accompanied by a reception area, complete with washrooms and coat racks. The Dining Room is the main dining room at Radium Course and is available for rent all year round, seating up to 160. It features fantastic views of the Radium Course, built in bar, and reception lounge. It is the perfect location for your wedding reception. The Springs Clubhouse overlooks the Columbia Wetlands and the Purcell Mountains. The large deck offers breathtaking views and easy outdoor access. The Player s Lounge is available April through October and seats up to 25 guests, great for a smaller, more intimate wedding dinner. The complete club house is available October through March. HOW DO I SECURE THE VENUE FOR MY WEDDING? Contract: Once you have chosen a date, venue, and your estimated number of guests, a contract with confirmation and all pertinent information will be sent for you to review. You will need to sign and return, via fax or , to the Radium Golf Group Coordinator. Deposit: A $1,000 deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Full payment of final quote, must be pre-paid one week prior to your event. The deposit will be put towards your final billing and any extra charges you have incurred will be charged accordingly. WHAT ARE THE SOCAN AND RE:SOUND CHARGES? For events taking place on the Radium Course or Springs Course, we are obligated to charge these fees. The fees are collected and distributed as royalties to SOCAN and Re:Sound members. SOCAN : Society of Composers, Authors &Music Publishers of Canada. RE:SOUND: Canadian not-for-profit music licensing company for artists and record companies.

5 ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS Room blocks can be made with the following properties and are released 30 days prior to the event if any rooms are remaining. Guests are responsible to call and reserve their own rooms, from a pre-booked wedding block, unless otherwise stated on contract. Our shuttle is available from the accommodations to reception and back with a $150 gratuity fee for driver. BIGHORN MEADOWS RESORT Located along the Springs Course with beautiful golf course and mountain views. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool (open May-October), 2 hot tubs, fitness room, playground, and meeting facility. Room Options: Guest Rooms: One room with King or Queen Bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. 1 Bedroom Suite: Private bedroom with King or Queen bed, sofa bed in living area 2 Bedroom Suite: 2 private bedrooms with 1 King and 1 Queen, sofa bed in living area 3 Bedroom Suite: Combination of a 2 Bedroom Suite and a Guest Room (lock-off) All suites (excluding Guest Rooms) are equipped with free Wi-Fi, full kitchens, dining and living areas, 1-3 bathrooms, balcony or patio with BBQ, electric fireplace, washer/dryer, and AC. Bride & Groom Complimentary Night Offer: The Bride & Groom will receive a complimentary 1 Bedroom Suite for up to 3 nights when the following number of rooms are reserved/guaranteed for their group: 10+ Units=1 x free night 20+ Units=2 x free nights 30+ Units=3 x free nights Please note for all room types that due to private ownership of certain units and unforeseeable circumstances, specific room requests cannot be guaranteed. PRESTIGE INN Located at the Radium crossroads. Amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room. 6 WEDDING INFORMATION WHAT ARE MY BAR OPTIONS? Drink tickets at a pre-set price and/or cash bar. All charges, except for a cash bar, will have 20% gratuity added on automatically and will be listed in your initial quote. CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD OR ALCOHOL? All food and beverage arrangements must be made through the RGG. The exception to this is your wedding cake, provided it has been purchased through a reputable supplier, and candy if you are having a candy bar. Homemade wine and/or spirits are not permitted. SUPPLYING FINAL GUEST NUMBERS & MENU SELECTIONS Final menu selection is required 30 days prior to the event along with number of guests. Final numbers for the event are required 14 days prior to the event. We offer special rates and options for children under 12 years. We are happy to customize a menu to your specific requirements whether it is a formal dinner, themed buffet or casual BBQ. Our concept is simple, superbly prepared food, using the finest and freshest ingredients available, served with generosity and courtesy in a comfortable and pleasing environment. To complement your meal and functions we have a fine selection of regional and international wines, beers and spirits. Our Chef is prepared to handle most special dietary needs.
