SUN PARKING Kent St in the basement levels of Westpac Tower. There are entrances on Sussex Street and Kent Street. King Street Wharf is only a 2 minute walk down Erskine Street. TAXI Simply advise the Taxi Driver to take you to King Street Wharf. Alight on Lime Street (Harbour end of Erskine Street). WALK The footbridge at the harbour end of King Street leads directly to Lime Street. The bridge is on the corner of King Street and Sussex Street. TRAIN Wynyard Station - Alight at Wynyard Station, take the York Street exit, then walk down Erskine Street towards Darling Harbour (5 to 10 minute walk to King Street Wharf.) Town Hall Station - Alight at Town Hall Station, walk north up George Street, turn left onto King Street. At the corner of King Street and Sussex Street you will find the King Street pedestrian bridge leading direct to Lime Street (10 to 15 minute walk to King Street Wharf). BUS Sydney buses operate the 412 and 413 services travelling to and from King Street Wharf. These buses run along George Street before heading to King Street Wharf. FERRY Ferries run regularly to Darling Harbour from Circular Quay, Milsons Point, McMahons Point and Balmain. Alight at Sydney Aquarium and walk north towards King Street Wharf. WATER TAXI Alight at King Street Wharf.

12 TERMS & CONDITIONS 11 WE LOOK FORWARD TO ASSISTING YOU PLAN YOUR NEXT EVENT, PLEASE READ THROUGH OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS PRIOR TO CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING. CONFIRMATION & NUMBERS Final food and beverage choices must be confirmed 7 days prior to function date including any special dietary requirements. Final numbers of guests must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the day of the function. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT $300 will be taken as a deposit and is required to secure all function bookings. This amount will be deducted from your final account, for deposit we accept direct deposit, cash, credit card or company cheques made out to King St Brewhouse Pty Ltd (personal cheques will not be accepted). Direct deposit is only available for amounts of $500 and over. Full and final payment is due on the conclusion of your function, any additional guests will be charged for on the day. GST is inclusive in all quoted prices. All tabs must be finalised on the night of the function or prior, no tabs can be paid after the event. Credit card details are required as security and if necessary debited in the event of outstanding accounts not paid on the day. CANCELLATION FEE If confirmed numbers are not met on the function date, clients will be charged in full for the agreed food costs. If a function is cancelled within 28 days of the function date; the full deposit will be forfeited. RESPONSIBILITY Organisers are financially responsible for any damage sustained to King St Brewhouse & Restaurant fittings, property or equipment by client, guests or outside contractors prior to, during or after a function. No banners, signs or posters may be attached to walls, ceilings or windows without the consent of the Manager. Management reserves the right to close the venue at anytime with due warning and reasonableness. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be bought into the venue by the client or guest without prior arrangement with King St Brewhouse & Restaurant. No adult entertainment. No smoke machines. DRESS CODE It is expected that all function guests are dressed in neat attire. SECURITY Depending on function confirmed numbers and dates security may be required at a cost to the client of $38 per hour per guard. King St Brewhouse & Restaurant reserves the right to exclude or eject any or all guests or other person from the function and venue without liability. Management reserves the right to close the venue at anytime with due warning and reasonableness. King St Brewhouse & Restaurant is a fully licensed venue and practices responsible service of alcohol and will abide by the law in all instances. We are a non-smoking venue. Minors are allowed to attend functions only under the direct supervision of their immediate parents or lawful guardians, they must agree to wear an identifiable wristbands and must be off premise by 10pm.
