Located in the heart of Sydney CBD at the foot of the historic Grace Hotel building, P.J.O Brien s welcomes both corporate and private events. 3 2 Function Spaces P.J s Sydney provides a generous open mezzanine area, an intimate library area, stage area and various snugs around the pub. Our versatile venue is perfect for both private and corporate events. We have hosted many meetings, fundraisers, trivia events and private parties. Whatever the occasion, we take pride in working closely with you to ensure your event is an occasion to remember in true P.J s style. Simply choose from our extensive range of beer, wine and spirits and set your limit. A credit card will be required and your package will be monitored on consumption. Management can provide wristbands to distinguish your guests from other patrons. Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, P.J.O Brien s is just a few minutes walk from the famous Darling Harbour / King Street Wharf and George Street. KING ST CLARENCE ST GETTING THERE By Car There is a paid Car Park just under the Grace Hotel. The entry is via Clarence St. There is also paid meter parking on King, Clarence and York Street however this may be expensive depending on how long you intend to stay. Public Transport Bus Catch any of the George St buses either heading to Circular quay from Central or vice versa. There is also a free City Shuttle get off on George & King St. The bus stops directly outside the City s Apple Store, then head up King St were you will find PJ s. Train Option 1: Catch the city circle train and hop off at Town Hall Station. Walk through the QVB and follow the signs for Market St and you will see Clarence St. Follow the street along until you approach King & Clarence. Option 2: Catch the train and get off at Wynyard Station, Walk South on York Street until you come to the intersection of York and King Street. Turn right on King Street and P.J s will be on the left hand side just before you reach Clarence Street.

12 11 Terms & Conditions Thank you for booking your Function with P.J.O Brien s, we look forward to making your occasion one to remember. CONFIRMATION Menu choices and numbers must be confirmed at least 48hrs prior to function date. BOOKING TIMES We do not charge for hireage, however we may require a credit card details to secure the booking. We ask that you and your guests arrive punctually in order to get the most out of your experience at PJ s. Management has the right to enforce a late arrival fee / cancellation fee. (15% of estimated spend) PAYMENT We can provide an invoice prior to or at the time of function. Payment must be made in cash or credit card on or prior to the function. BEVERAGE PACKAGES All beverage packages must be secured by payment prior to function. Beverage packages on consumption must be secured with a credit card behind the bar. We can provide wristbands upon request for you and your guests. DRESS CODE All guests must be dressed in neat attire. Thongs or tank tops are not permitted in the venue. DECORATIONS We are happy to assist with decorating and theming. Simply organize a meeting with our Function Manager to discuss ideas. No banners, signs or posters may be attached to walls or ceiling without managers consent or assistance. The host will be held financially responsible for any damage made to the venue prior to or during the function. CODE OF CONDUCT Guests are expected to behave in an appropriate & respectable manner. As per Liquor Licensing Laws and RSA regulations, PJ s has the right to refuse service to any guest that may be intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive manner. I.D must be provided upon request. Minors are only permitted in the Restaurant Area, and must be supervised by an Adult at all times. No pets or animals are allowed in venue. We do not allow food and beverages to be brought into the venue for consumption. (except celebratory cakes) Due to health & safety regulations we do not permit left over food to be taken away from the venue. ADDITIONAL SERVICES We are happy to assist with a variety of additional services upon request. We can provide helium, microphone and music playlists free of charge. Our quiz services & host are also available at an additional cost.
