4 L Officine L Officine is a stunning 12-seat room set in a 19th century apothecary brought in from Bordeaux by boat and one of Alain Ducasse's most treasured possessions. The room's intricately carved dark walnut woodwork, Brand Van Egmond lighting sculpture and magnificent floor to ceiling black and white photos of Paris by Jean-Michel Berts transport you to another era. For guests opting to dine in this unique and luxurious space, the restaurant offers a personalized experience, with a specially created menu and the privilege of selecting prestigious wines from Alain Ducasse s exclusive wine cellar. 6 Les Salons Corridors to elevators and restrooms Bar Rivoli Hôtel de Ville Saint Martin Les Salons, located directly above the restaurant on the second floor and accessible through a private entrance, are three exquisitely designed rooms: Saint-Martin, Hôtel de Ville and Rivoli, named after streets leading to Benoit in Paris and reminiscent of the historic 1st Arrondissement. TABLE CONFIGURATIONS The following private dining table sizes are available: - Round tables of 6-7 guests each (54 round) - Long banquet tables of 8-40 guests - Maximum seated: 68 - Maximum standing: 120 Each room boasts vibrant images from La Côte Basque by master painter Bernard Lamotte, floor to ceiling French oak molded by master artisans and ample natural light. The rooms combined can accommodate up to 68 guests. They can also be subdivided by mirrored oak French doors to host smaller groups and various types of events, based on guests' specific needs. 6

17 Event Details GUARANTEE Guarantee of attendance is required 2 days prior to the event. You will be charged based on the guarantee or the actual number of guests attending, whichever is greater. NYC TAX 8.875% Sales Tax will apply to food, beverage, room rental and additional sales. Should your organization be tax-exempt, please provide a valid certificate (ST119.1 Form) no later than 3 business days prior to event date. ADMIN & SERVICE CHARGE 17% service fee + 5% administrative fee will apply to all food and beverage charges. DEPOSIT/PAYMENT Benoit accepts all credit cards or certified checks for initial deposits and final payments. A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required to guarantee the reservation. Final balance, tax and 17% service fee and 5% administrative fee will be settled at the completion of the event. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations may be cancelled no later than 10 days prior to the date. Otherwise a non-refundable fee of the food & beverage minimum plus 5% administrative charge will apply.
