2 Timberyard is a very special place to celebrate your wedding. An authentic warehouse with natural character for you to decorate as you wish

3 A sheltered south facing private yard to hold your ceremony or to enjoy a celebratory drink. For your ceremony in either the Yard or within the warehouse we ask you to restrict your numbers to 58. As the Yard has no shelter & is therefore weather dependant this allows space for the ceremony inside. Alternatively, the local registry office is near to the Castle...a short walk or car ride from Timberyard. Vintage buses can also be hired to bring your guests here; maybe include a brief tour of Edinburgh whilst you have photos taken en route. A comfortable party size is around 74 guests seated on squares of 8 or rectangular tables for We are able to help with table planning, table numbers, name cards & personalised menus. We are delighted to recommended florists, musicians & photographers who have worked with us previously, or you may choose your own. With regard to live music we welcome acoustic sets or your own playlist through our speakers. There is a live music curfew of 11pm after which your choice may again be played. Timberyard has a small dance area. As we are in a mainly residential area music for dancing is played at a level respectful of our neighbours. Carriages are at midnight.

4 Timberyard is ideally located in the centre of historic Edinburgh at the foot of the Castle. Many nearby hotels for your guests include Caledonian Hotel, Sheraton Hotel, Double Tree Hilton & the Knight Residence. 5 COST You would have Timberyard for the whole day for which we work on a minimum spend which varies depending on the day of the week. This spend goes towards all food, wine & drink. Please let me know if you would like further details. We ask for a deposit of 2,000 to secure the day, refundable up to two months before the date with the balance to be paid a week before the wedding day. The only additional cost is a 10% service charge.
