The round tables and mahogany Chiavari chairs that fill the grande room are provided with rental of our location, as well as table linen, china, and glassware.

Conveniently located off Route 29 in Warrenton, VA, the Tuscan-style building can welcome parties of 30 to 220 guests. As you walk in to the grande room at Stoneridge, our plush carpet, high ceilings and wrought iron chandelier inspire luxury and sophistication. Floor to ceiling windows, a builtin wooden dance floor and an open floor plan create a warm and inviting space. The round tables and mahogany Chiavari chairs that fill the grande room are provided with rental of our location, as well as table linen, china, and glassware. In-house caterer Savory Fare provides exceptional service in the kitchen, featuring a staff of talented chefs and food designers with over 50 years of collective event management experience. Stoneridge offers a conference meeting room which accommodates up to 30 guests and is equipped with a 72 flat screen TV for presentations and complimentary Wi-Fi. RENTAL PRICING PRIVATE MEETING ROOM (accommodates up to 30 guests) Monday-Thursday: $150 per hour (daily rates are available) Friday: $400 STONERIDGE EVENTS CENTER* (full facility) Monday-Thursday: $400 Friday: $600 Saturday: $950 Sunday: $600 Ceremony: $200 *Pricing based on a 7-hour block (2-hour set-up, 4-hour event time, 1-hour for clean up). Additional hours are available at a rate of $200 per hour. As part of the venue rental, Stoneridge provides all tables, chairs, white or ivory linen, china, flatware and glassware. AV equipment and PA system are available for an additional fee of $50.

Savory Fare Catering, our in-house culinary team, provides fresh, local ingredients and professional service that will surely leave an impression on you and your guests. The options listed below are just a sampling of our chef s specialties. Please ask our sales manager about custom menus and additional options. SUGGESTED MENUS FOR WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS All menus include artisan breads and specialty salad. Elegant Buffet $29 per guest Includes two hors d oeuvres, two entrées, one starch, and one vegetable Additional hors d oeuvre, starch, or vegetable starts at $2 per guest Additional entrée starts at $3.50 per guest Children ages 4-12 may be served from the buffet at a rate of $14.50 per guest. 8 TERMS & CONDITIONS Operations Fee: A charge of 22% will be added to the subtotal of all charges. This fee covers the labor associated with preparing the food for the event, setting up and breaking down the event space, wait staff, bartenders, and any other miscellaneous overhead. PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a gratuity. While gratuities are not required, should a client want to provide gratuities to any of the staff, they are welcome to do so. The event supervisor can provide assistance with this. Outside Food: Savory Fare Catering is the exclusive caterer for Stoneridge Events Center. Exceptions are made for licensed bakers to provide specialty cakes for events. Cake cutting is provided at no charge. Guest Count: An initial proposal will be created based on the client s estimated guest count and time duration. Client must confirm the guaranteed number of guests by ten days prior to the event. Increases to the guest count can be made until three days prior to the event, at which point payment based on this number is due. Should the guest count exceed the count provided on the day of the event, the client will be billed for the additional guests. Booking your event: A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated total cost is required to secure your event at Stoneridge. The deposit will be applied towards the final balance. Menus and the event timeframe can be revised thirty days prior to the event.
