2 WELCOME Thank you for considering THE GREENERY at Cronulla Golf as a venue for your special event. Our Executive Chef Carl Jensen has developed his reputation through decades of experience owning 4 successful local restaurants. By using the highest quality fresh produce your guests will enjoy our menu selections, bound to satisfy every taste. We also aim for the highest service standards ensuring a first class experience for your guests. Our newly renovated clubhouse and function room are modern, tastefully decorated and fully air-conditioned. Surrounded by floorto-ceiling glass windows that overlook the fairways & greens, the function room includes a spacious terrace perfectly designed for pre-dinner drinks and canapés. The Greenery can host functions for 130 guests on round tables seating 8 10 guests, set with quality white linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware to suit menu and beverage selections or cocktail parties. With a view to ensuring your special event runs perfectly, our experienced and professional event manager is here to assist you in your planning and provide you with a memorable event. We invite you to an early planning meeting to discuss our packages, offer advice on floor plans and room layouts, menus and preferred suppliers.

Whatever the occasion, our modern function space and flexible menu options will ensure your celebration is one to remember! Overlooking the perfectly manicured fairways and greens, The Greenery in Cronulla Golf offers the finest cuisine, professional services and memorable event experiences. MENUS Our experienced team of chefs led by renowned local chef Carl Jensen and Executive Chef Dominic Xuereb draw upon their vast restaurant experience and menu knowledge to create contemporary and stylish menus. A choice of 2 entrees, 2 mains and 2 desserts are served alternatively with no additional charge. No menu tastings are available; however, our head chef and function coordinator are on hand to help talk you through your menu selections and design the perfect menu to suit your needs. BEVERAGE PACKAGES Option 1: Standard beverage package: $30.00 per person includes beer, wine and soft drinks. Upgrade to our premium wine and beer menu package at an additional cost of $5 per person. Option 2: Dry Till :You designate a limit for the tab and your event supervisor will advise you when you are nearing the limit. This option includes: beer, wine and soft-drink with the option of guests can purchase their own spirits and other beverages on consumption. Dry Till Accounts must be settled at the close of the bar.

8 Terms & conditions of business The following Terms and Conditions of Business are to ensure customers contracting with The Greenery for functions at the Cronulla Golf Club are aware of the conditions of hire in order that their functions run smoothly and there are no misunderstandings. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY Deposits are not refundable as they secure the booking for you and preclude other bookings on this date. If a cancelled booking is later filled with another equivalent booking, The Greenery may refund part of the deposit for administration fee. This is entirely at the discretion of The Greenery. Where an event is cancelled within 30 days of the booked date, 50% of the estimated total revenue will be payable. Where an event is cancelled within 14 days of the booked date, 80% of the estimated total revenue will be payable. CHARGES AND PAYMENTS Seven days prior to the function The Greenery requires the guaranteed minimum number of guests. You will be billed for the greater of the guaranteed minimum or actual number attending the function. We do regret we are unable to take reductions in numbers after this deadline. Seven working days prior to your function full payment is required, based on an estimate of the final bill. Any outstanding amounts or amounts contracted on the evening must be paid by the end of the evening of the function. SET UP, PACK DOWN AND TIME EXTENSIONS Set up is normally permitted one hour prior to the start of the function. Pack down must be completed within 30 minutes of the function end. It is your responsibility to ensure all props, decorations and equipment are removed immediately after the function. To protect the interest of neighbours there is an imposed curfew at midnight. ALCOHOL AND DECORUM The Greenery is obliged to abide by State Government regulation in regard to the responsible service of alcohol. Intoxicated persons, minors and those whose behaviour is considered by management as disorderly will be refused beverage service and may be removed from the function. It is your responsibility to ensure orderly conduct of your guests, especially when leaving the premises at night. Management reserves the right to call police and/or terminate the function, without refund of any monies, should such behaviour present a problem to guests, staff or neighbours. DAMAGE, BREAKAGE OR LOSS OF PROPERTY You are responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings, merchandise and gifts. The Greenery will not accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage to any such property, before, during or after the function. You are responsible for any damage to the building, facilities and furnishings on the property; and for loss however arising, as a result of any action by your guests or contractors (decorators, musicians, etc.) Please make sure decorators and suppliers are made aware of this.
