1 RECEPTIONS Exhibition Stations These stations offer an exciting option for arger cocktai receptions. Each station must be ordered for the tota number of guests in attendance. One chef per 50 guests is required for each station at $150 per chef for two hours. For an appetizer reception that repaces a mea, we recommend two or three stations or a combination of a chef exhibition station with assorted appetizers.
