2 Seating Capacity Cocktail Style Sit down dinner Buffet Dinner 400 people 230 people 220 people Plated menu Meals are served on an alternating basis around your guest s tables (50/50). Advised dietary requirements will be catered for separately to this menu. Function linen Our standard function package includes white satin skirting for the buffet, cake and gift tables, as well as draped underlays and overlays for the guest s tables. Tables are clothed with white linen. We are also able to quote for colour coordinated linen. Black fitted chair covers are provided as part of your package. Centrepieces Stylish glass cylinder vases, filled with twisted willow and white orchids sit upon a round mirror with scattered tea lights. Seating plans & floor layouts We will provide you with a floor plan and guest list template to assist you with the all important seating plan. A decorative easel is supplied for displaying guest lists and seating plans. Children 3-12 years of age Children are more than welcome to attend your function. We provide them with a main course and dessert for $50, this includes soft drinks and juices for the duration of the event. Children's meals do not count towards minimum numbers. Children under three are welcome but no seat or meal are provided. Pre-dinner drinks and canapés Weather permitting, drinks and canapés are served on the decking area overlooking the garden. If the weather is inclement then pre-dinner drinks and canapés will be served in the function room. Entertainment The function room has its own system allowing guests a personal choice of music. If you wish to bring your own CDs or media device, we are happy to play them as background music or we can book you a DJ or band. Please consult with us if you intend to book a band larger than a four piece. We also have a cordless microphone for the Master of Ceremonies during speeches. Accommodation We would be happy to help arrange any accommodation required for you and your guests at a number of the nearby Bed and Breakfast cottages, from couple suites to group bookings for all of your guests.
