TERMS OF PAYMENT Admitting the general terms and conditions of mensa Eurest Restaurationsbetriebsgesellschaft m.b.h. EQUIPMENT We charge an equipment rate of 2,50 per person / break / lunch / dinner / day. The equipment rate includes dishes, glasses, table clothes for buffet tables, kitchen- & buffet equipment. EQUIPMENT RENTAL For providing of equipment by mensa catering the customer is obligated to complete this return. Loss and / or breakage will be charged for the replacement cost. 16
