1 Dear Function/Event Coordinator, Thank you for enquiring about the Perth Platter Company. We are happy to include our platter menus for your consideration. Please note that where possible, we are happy to tailor platters to suit your tastes, budget and dietary requirements. Our platters can be delivered to your door, ready to serve to your guests (delivery fees apply depending on location, please contact us for a delivery fee quote). Alternatively you are welcome to pick up your order from our premises in Caversham. Our platters are delivered in foam insulated boxes, which keep our hot platters, hot for up to 1.5 hours and our cold platters cool & fresh until you need to serve them. We also have Seminar Menus, Buffet & BBQ menus available, please contact us for further information. We are also happy to provide a quote for wait staff and equipment for your function. 19 TERMS & CONDITIONS The Perth Platter Company is delighted that you are interested in using our services for your special occasion. To ensure your function meets the highest standard please read the following terms and conditions; 1. Bookings will be considered tentative pending receipt of a deposit and will be held without obligation for a period of two weeks. The Perth Platter Company reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed booking without notice and reallocate the date to other enquires. 2. Confirmation of a booking occurs on receipt of a deposit payment and a signed function planner. Payment of your deposit is acceptance of these terms and conditions. 3. Full payment is required prior to the day of your function. Payment by EFT, cash, bank cheque or credit card is accepted. 4. Each platter is priced to cater for people (unless indicated) with 5 to 6 items of food per person. 5. We can provide staff to serve and help out at your function. We do request a minimum of 3 hours per staff member and a minimum of 2 staff members at any function. 6. All cold food is delivered on white formal plastic platters and all hot food is delivered on solid metal platters and kept hot in foam boxes. 7. All platters and foam boxes strictly remain the property of The Perth Platter Company and any damage or loss must be paid for. Boxes - $15.00 & Silver Platters - $ Collection of platters and foam boxes will be arranged on the day of booking or delivery. 9. The minimum requirement for a delivery is 3 platters (6 on week-ends) a smaller order is available with pick up. 10. Minimum delivery charge is $ We can also cater for carvery, buffets, bbq s and sit down dinners. 12.
