1 1 Private Event: General Information How to Book a Date: To confirm a specific date, time and area within the restaurant, a signed completed contract, room rental fee and 30%-50% deposit may be required. Schedule: If you would like to reserve space in the restaurant, please schedule as soon as possible to reserve on your preferred date. A room rental fee and a 30% food and beverage deposit will be required to hold your reservation. For buyout events, we will require an additional 35% deposit 30 days prior to the event and a 35% deposit 14 days before the event to reach the food and beverage minimum. The food and beverage menu will be selected no later than 7 days before the event. Event Hours: Early arrival for set-up of decorations is permitted no more than 90 minutes prior to your start time. Colorado Mountain Brewery may be able to accommodate modified hours based on availability. Parties that wish to extend their event past the scheduled end time will be assessed a charge of $50 per thirty (30) minutes. Food & Beverage: For packages that include soft drinks, they will be served upon request. For a buffet, the children will partake in the same food. The children s menu is available upon request for buffet or plated options. Plated & Buffet Accommodations: Plated service can only be provided for parties of 30 guests or less. Buffet service can be made to accommodate all parties of 10 or more. We also ask that you provide place cards for plated dining with each guest s name and selection so that we can ensure all guests receive the entrée they selected. Service Charge & Sales Tax: All sales are subject to mandatory 22% taxable service charge and sales tax. 1
2 2 Bar Options: Banquet Menu Well Bar: Includes House Beers (16oz $5), House Wine ($6) and Well Liquors plus mixer ($5) charged per drink. Premium Bar: Includes any bar beverage, charged per drink at menu pricing ($5 plus). Limited Bar: Drink tickets available upon request in any quantity. Cash Bar: Guests pay individually for drinks.
