Should you wish to arrange any additional or special effect lighting or audio visual for your event such as dance floor lighting, band lighting, DJ sound system, floral rigging etc please contact Technical Events directly for a quote PANORAMA ROOM HIRE A venue hire for the Panorama Room applies which includes an 84 piece black polished dance floor, black perspex lectern and microphone, lectern spotlight, wall uplights, neutral room and dome wash and Technician-on-Duty for the duration of your event (Please note additional cleaning fees will apply for use of such items including confetti canons) $2,500 CEREMONIES On-site ceremonies can be held for up to 200 guests in the stylish and elegant Aviary Room with the Bride and Groom flanked by views of the river and Melbourne city. Alternatively, for those wanting a lush garden ceremony, the beautifully manicured setting of the Alexandra Gardens is just a few minutes walk from Metropolis. Your wedding manager will be able to advise on the applicable charges PANORAMA ROOM MINIMUM SPENDS Minimum food and beverage spends apply for all events at different rates throughout the year. Should your food and beverage spend fall below the required amount an increased venue hire fee will be applicable to meet the specified spend. AV and security costs are not calculated in the minimum spend amounts. AVIARY ROOM HIRE If your total number of guests is less than 200 an additional venue hire fee will apply to use the Aviary Room. Use of the balcony is included in the Panorama Room hire.
