Designed with glowing wood elements and earth tones, Fred s has created a welcoming nautical environment in a tropical paradise that is conducive to the same warm feelings guests experience when witnessing a spectacular sunset on lagoon side of Cancun. Upon entering this relaxing ambiance, guests are smoothed in the latest English and Spanish pop music to make the experience even more pleasant. Our delicious grilled fish and seafood take center stage in our menu, all perfectly seasoned with a mixture of fine spices designed to bring out the qualities and goodness of each of our dishes. Our menu satisfies even the most demanding taste buds by presenting a vast selection of the freshest seafood, made at the moment to enhance the original flavor with subtle, refined touches. A tempting selection of cocktails were created to transport guests into an ambiance of luxurious comfort and relaxation at paradise, achieving a delicious marriage between our exquisite dishes and mixed drinks.
