With 200+ acres of farm they harvest over 50 crop varieties each year and ship products out daily. From Daphne s Creamery we have California double cream brie # It s delicious; an approachable brie at a great price. -Their goat milk brie will be released around April 3. -Iberico Cheese from Spain, a three milk semi firm cured cheese. It s well balanced and creamy. ETA to Greenleaf is around April 6. -More new cheese! From Nicolau Farms: Capra Stanislaus-A firm goat s milk wheel with a caramel and toasted nut finish. Quatro Pepe-a firm goat s milk cheese studded with four types of peppercorns. Cabranet-a firm goat s milk round aged in California cabernet. Black Truffle Casiago- an Asiago style of cow/goat milk blend dotted with Italian black truffles. Seasonal Best Queso Salazar Cotija is a versatile flavor bomb that is made to finely crumble and add salty, buttery notes to anything.
