1 From Colombo to Darlo We bring authentic Sri Lankan flavours to the streets of Darlinghurst. We pride ourselves on food that is healthy and flavorful. Made using ethically sourced ingredients. Our spices are roasted and ground on-site. And our signature menu item - hoppers - are made using a master batter that takes up to 48hrs to prepare. Hopper Kadé is our take on modern Sri Lankan food.
