They use whole grain flour and add other ingredients like olive oil, toasted sesame and linseed at our request. From Simmerthaler beef to Duroc pork from Thuringia and French free range poultry we are committed to the highest quality as well as animal welfare and humane slaughtering methods. The Cheese: We use artisanal cheeses, produced by small German dairies. Our cheesemonger is Fritz Lloyd Blomeyer, who specializes in acquiring the best of what Germany has to offer. The Wine: We sell wine worth its name and made by wine makers who know their craft. You can take a bottle home with you for a special price.
