10 Terms & Conditions A non-refundable deposit of 10 per person is payable on all breakfast, lunch and dinner reservations. Canapé, buffet and drink voucher reservations require payment in full. All prices are shown per person excluding the service charge. All bills are subject to a discretionary 12.5% service charge. The venue will attempt to accommodate increases in numbers to your party, however this cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure you give as much notice as possible if the number of people changes. Restaurant reservations are allocated 2 hours at the table. Only tables booked for 20.30pm or later can be guaranteed longer. Parties of 10 or more may be sat on 1 or more tables but will be adjacent to each other. Arriving late may mean you do not receive a complete experience - please endeavour to arrive early. Menu content may be subject to change. Cash deposits must be made in person. For personal cheque deposits please ensure the cheque guarantee card details are written on the back of the cheque, and all cheques must be cleared before the booking is confirmed. Area bookings for buffets or canapés do not guarantee seats for the whole group. In all cases the balance due must be paid at the time of the event. All payments are non-refundable. Management reserve the right to refuse admission and are not liable to offer refunds on any payments. All members of your party must be over 18 years old (ID may be required). The final number of guests must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event. All guests must dine from the same menu. Please make your server aware of any allergies, and be advised some dishes may contain nuts or traces of nut products. Drinks prices quoted are only applicable if pre-ordered. Drinks ordered at the time of the event will be charged at standard prices.
