Dry on the palate, but with great depth. Made from 100% Viura with no oak contact. This delicate wine has aromas of peach and lily petals. Offering something a little different, it is light and delicate in style with a hint of peaches and apricots on the finish. Superb crunchy Granny Smith apple fruit, with tropical fruit notes, makes this an ideal partner to seafood. A great white Burgundy with no oak, just fresh green apple and nut flavour with a touch of honey. Full of character and clean fruit.

Malbec, La Poderosa, Chile An intense red-violet colour, with aromas that reveal cherry and plum underscored by a delicate touch of vanilla. Soft, medium-bodied and round. Shiraz Viognier, The Pitmaster, Australia The Shiraz shows vibrant dark fruit notes whilst the addition of the viognier adds perfumed notes. Cabernet Sauvignon, Franschhoek Cellar, South Africa Well-structured wine with wonderful red berry and blackcurrant aromas and flavours. Montepulciano, D abruzzo Cerulli Spinozzi, Italy A robust structure with good fruit and medium acidity. Bergerac Rouge, Château Belingard, France A full-bodied red wine with concentrated cassis and a long finish.
