2 Firstly, before anything else, congratulations! Your wedding day is one of the most special and precious moments of your life. Our Space: The Parcel Yard is a space like non -other. A Grade I listed building that has been lovingly restored, we are an ideal venue to hold an event. It occupies the original Great Northern Railway parcel office and was built in The North West building was an integral part of Lewis Cubitt s design; many original features have been kept and lovingly restored, such as the entire floor which uses timber from the same building. Whether you are looking for a cosy room, or a spectacular area we have a place that will suit you. Our Location: Ideally located within King s Cross Station, just to the right hand side of platform 9 (or the left hand side of platform 9 ¾), the Parcel Yard is easily accessible by no less than 6 tube lines, numerous national rail links and an international rail service, making us possibly one of the most conveniently located pubs in the UK - and we re never short of a taxi or two either! Our Team: We offer a personal service and help design a package that will take the pain out of planning. By having just one person dedicated to the supervision of your booking and helping you every step of the way, we can offer you tailormade packages to suit your needs. We will work closely with you to design a wedding that is as individual as you are. Our Costs: For all ceremonies we charge a very reasonable room hire rate. However, that is the only hire fee you will incur. For all receptions, we work on a minimum spend basis. This wil depend on the day and time you are looking to hold your event. We would much rather you spent your hard earned pennies on something like practical like our delicious dishes or amazing wines. We believe this approach gives you the opportunity to choose how to cater for your guests. We are very flexible and more than willing to work out a budget that works best for everyone. Please note that we do add 12.5% service charge to all bills, however, this goes straight to the team who have served you. 2 P a g e
