3 PRIVATE EVENT FOOD PRICING CHARCUTERIE + CHEESE BOARDS chef-selection of 3 charcuterie and 3 cheeses with accoutrement and bread (serves 10 guests) $120 per board additional cheese and charcuterie selections may be added for $12. each ASSORTED CROSTINI choice of 3 crostini selections $25 per person for 3 hours SALADS + SNACKS choice of 3 salad and snack selections $30 per person for 3 hours SANDWICHES choice of 3 sandwich selections $35 per person for 3 hours CROSTINI + SANDWICH ASSORTMENT choice of 3 crostini and 3 sandwiches $50 per person for 3 hours $4 per person to add olives to any package $4 per person for additional crostini selection $8 per person for additional salad and sandwich selections $10 per person to add Burrata or Seasonal Crudo to any package For all buyouts, we request a per person food package. Pricing is based upon 3-hour increments of food service where dishes are replenished as needed

4 PRIVATE GUIDED WINE TASTINGS Personalized guided wine tastings can be booked at Anfora for parties of one or more with a pre-paid reservation and a choice of tasting package. Tastings will be led by an expert member if our staff who will be solely dedicated to offer you a customized flight of wines and a guided journey to suit and wish. Our expert will tailor the experience based on the palate and curiosity of the guest to provide a diverse selection of wines and as detailed or as minimal explanation as you prefer. For the curious vinophile, our staff will be prepared to provide in-depth explanation of producers, varietals, wine making styles (vinification), growing practices (viticulture), climate and terroir. For a more casual and laid-back experience, we can also provide a light overview and help match your taste with new wines to explore and recommend food pairings. Please call for details. We will be happy to tailor an experience based on your requests. PRICES & BOOKING DETAILS: $200 base rate for one-on-one guided experience Pre-paid upon booking to reserve one-on-one appointment To be booked a minimum of 1 week in advance and subject to availability of exert wine personnel to conduct the tasting event.* WINE TASTING FLIGHT + LIGHT SNACKS $50 per person for 90 min customized tasting tasting of 6 wines from listed selections house made ricotta crostini and condiments WINE TASTING + PAIRED CHEESE & SNACKS $75 per person for 90 min customized tasting tasting of 6 wines from listed selections cheese and charcuterie pairings with each selection PREMIUM WINE TASTING + PAIRED CHEESE & SNACKES $100 per person for 2 hour customized tasting tasting of 8 wines for listed selections including premium reserve selections (poured from Coravin) cheese and charcuterie pairings with each selection Additional time can be added to any of the packages and booked at $50/hr.
