All bookings will be treated as provisional and held for 14 days, pending receipt of deposit. If no monies are received during this time, the booking will automatically be released. A deposit of 10 is required for all functions, except Senior Citizens Lunch for which a 5 deposit is required and Christmas Day and New Year s Eve for which a deposit of 20 is required. All deposits are non-refundable. We accept most methods of payment including, Visa, MasterCard, cash or cheques. All cheques should be made payable to CFC 2001 Ltd and marked clearly with the function date and party name on the reverse. We require the enclosed booking form to be completed and signed by the party organiser then forwarded to our events office. Pre-order forms for food and wine will be sent out to the party organiser by the 1st November 2018, along with a request for full and final payment. All balances must reach us 4 weeks prior to the function date along with your pre-order. We will release any bookings held by deposit, and all monies retained, should balances not be received by the deadline. We reserve the right to cancel any cabarets, events or menus, where circumstances are unforeseen. However, we will endeavour to replace with a similar alternative. Please note that smaller parties may be joined together to make larger tables except on Christmas Day. Children under 18 are not admitted to evening events. No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the banqueting area by any guest. With the exception of New Year s Eve, the dress code for Christmas events is smart casual, no jeans or trainers.
