11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Bookings must be made with at least seven days notice Private events require a minimum of 20 guaranteed guests Prices include standard set up of banquet tables, chairs, simple flower centrepiece, background music and back up venue in case of rain Prices are subject to 7% tax and 10% service charge A deposit of 50% of all foreseen charges is required at time of confirmation of the event and in order to lock in the date A further payment of 50% shall be settled at least seven days prior to the event date Any other charges will be settled and finalised upon departure For any cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the event, regardless of circumstances, the event will be charged at full rate For any cancellation between 3-30 days, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit paid All dietary requirements must be made known at time of booking In consideration for our in-house guests. All bands, Dj and music entertainment must go down by 11:30 pm and cease by midnight. Low level background music is acceptable, and at the discretion of Kata Rocks management 10
