4 Terms & Conditions We have many beautiful areas in our restaurant designed to suit a range of requirements for your special occasion. Our menus are carefully selected and prepared to guarantee a la carte quality, no matter how small or large your function. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice. We allocate 3 hours only for all functions. If you require a longer time period a booking fee for the area will be charged. Bookings during peak periods may also require a deposit to secure your reservation. We require confirmation of your function two weeks in advance. Final guest numbers for costing purposes is required 48 hours prior to your event. Please be advised that your seating area may need to change if your numbers are significantly different from when you made your original enquiry. One bill per table applies to all group bookings. We accept cash, EFTPOS and all major cards. Cheque payments can be made by arrangement 7-10 days prior to your event, or direct deposit three days prior to your event. The Courthouse Restaurant is fully licensed. No BYO is possible for any booking. We practice responsible service of alcohol and reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated patrons. All bar tabs must be settled at the conclusion of your event guests Normal a la carte menu and booking details apply guests The service of up to 3 pre- selected choices from each course is required. To be served alternatively or pre ordered (Please discuss this option with our function co-ordinators). 40 guests & above The service of up to 3 pre- selected choices from each course is required. Any menu MUST be served alternate. For exclusive use of the main dining room a minimum of 50 guests are required from Sunday to Thursday. For exclusive use of the main dining room a minimum of 70 guests are required on Friday & Saturday evenings. Pre- payment is required within 7 days of your function.
