8 new year BREAK 30th December: Arrive in time for Afternoon Tea and cakes. Your evening will be off to a magical start with some amazing tricks from our table magician and then it s off to dinner for a delicious three-course carved buffet in The Shakespeare Restaurant. New Year s Eve: After a hearty breakfast explore the area. Stratford Manor is ideally placed for sightseeing in Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa or Warwick, after which you can drop your shopping bags and put your feet up with tea and scones on your return. In the evening, dress to impress and join us for your New Year Celebration. Your evening begins with a Kir Royale Champagne reception and canapés, before sitting down to a four-course Gala Dinner. During dinner you will be treated to entertainment from our live band and after dinner you ll be dancing into the early hours with our resident DJ. Dress code: Black Tie, over 18 s only. You will be seated at party tables of up to 10 people. Date for arrival: 30th or 31st December 2017 Date for departure: 1st, 2nd or 3rd January 2018 Number of nights: Two or three New Year s Day: We expect many of you will wish to enjoy a lie-in. Our full English brunch is available until noon in our restaurant and if you are leaving us then a late check-out can be arranged for 2.00pm. For those staying overnight on New Year s Day, a sumptuous threecourse dinner will be served. 2nd January: After an unhurried breakfast it is time to bid farewell and wish you a Happy New Year. 11 Booking Terms & Conditions All event dates are subject to availability. We will ask for a 15 per guest non-refundable, nontransferable deposit which will be used against the cost of the meal and cannot be used on drinks. For Party Nights, Spa Packages and Visiting Friends & Family accommodation bookings, full non-refundable prepayment is required. For New Year and Christmas package bookings 50 per person non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required. The remaining payment is to be paid in full by 1st November Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive all the deposits. If you are paying on behalf of a large group please send one cheque or arrange payment by one credit/debit card. The balance of payment for all meals and accommodation must be received by 1st November Menu pre-orders must be received by the hotel 21 days prior to your arrival. Bookings that cancel prior to 1st November 2017 will lose the deposits paid. Bookings that cancel after 1st November 2017 will be charged the total value of all the facilities they have reserved i.e. accommodation, meals, beverages. Menu choices and special dietary requirements must be supplied with the final balance of payment to ensure efficient service. There may be an additional charge for some special dietary requests which have to be provided by the hotel or specialist suppliers. Should you book after 1st November 2017 the hotel may request full prepayment at the time of confirmation. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Guests under 18 years old may be restricted at some events please check at time of booking. The Party Night special accommodation rate is only available to guests attending a party night at the hotel and limited numbers of rooms are available. QHotels reserves the right to change the advertised artistes without prior notice in the unfortunate circumstances of force majeure, ill health or forces beyond our control. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers, or to move an event to a smaller/larger room should numbers dictate. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason at its discretion when all deposits and payments will be refunded. The hotel management reserve the right to refuse entry to the hotel and to charge the company, organiser or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour.
