New Year's Eve What better place to celebrate the turn of the year, than at The Shrewsbury Arms. We are open all day and serving our full menu from 12noon until 9.30pm.

5 New Year's Eve What better place to celebrate the turn of the year, than at The Shrewsbury Arms. We are open all day and serving our full menu from 12noon until 9.30pm. As ever, we don t charge you to come in to your favourite pub but we do expect to get very busy in our bar, as we will also be serving food in there until 9.30pm. There will be a disco from 9.30pm until 1am and of course fireworks in the garden at midnight. You can reserve a table in the restaurant on New Years Eve, but we are asking for a small deposit of just 5.00 per person after 5pm if you want to make a reservation. When making your reservation please be aware that your table reservation will be for an hour and a half for 8 people or less. When booking for 8 or more people, there will be a turnaround time of 2 hours. Should you require a table for the entire evening, we recommend that you make dinner reservations for 9.30pm. We like to think that we serve good, honest food with a great choice and superb quality. Our team are friendly and helpful and we are proud to offer something for everyone. We guarantee to always be serving our full menu, 7 days a week from 12noon until 10pm every day. In addition we like to offer a few things throughout the week to bring some variety: Fixed Price Mid Week Menu Monday to Friday, from 12-5pm we offer a great menu with a fantastic varied selection of Starters, Main Courses and Desserts at just for 2 courses or for 3 courses. The menu can be served in the Bar or Restaurant and whilst reservations aren't always necessary, they are advisable for larger parties. This is always available in addition to our full normal menu. Thursday Steak Night Every Thursday from 6pm we run our fabulous Steak Night where you can receive a FREE bottle of wine with every two steaks ordered! Served in addition to our full normal menu. Friday Fizz & Chips Fridays we like to celebrate with a little luxury! Every week we have a 'Fish Inspired' menu that has some of the finest Fish available. Caught and driven from Brixham Harbour that morning we pride ourselves on bringing you a taste of the Sea. Not only do we bring you the finest Fish, we also offer some amazing cuts of meat on our Specials menu at the weekend. Discounts on Champagne & Prosecco. Always served in addition to our full normal menu. Friday & Saturday Night Live Music Every Friday & Saturday we showcase some of the best talent around. The vibe is always upbeat and acoustic, with our artists covering music from all eras and genre's all putting their own unique twist on their set. Solo Artists & Duos perform to keep you entertained from around 9-11pm every weekend. The atmosphere is relaxed but upbeat and makes for a great night with friends.
