2 Copper Café Doors open at 8am for our comprehensive breakfast menu as well as teas, coffees and juices. Our entire breakfast menu is available to eat in or takeaway until noon. We then serve a wide variety of food and drink throughout the day, including light bites, main meals, afternoon tea, sweet treats and drinks throughout the day. Copper s Coffee & Cake We know our customers appreciate great quality, and we believe our range of coffees and freshly baked cakes are second to none. Our café blend is made from 100% Arabica coffee from four of the world s best producing areas Central America, East Africa, India and Java. Our coffee is supplied by Nottingham s Lee & Fletcher, Nottingham s only Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance registered wholesale coffee roaster. Their coffee is manually roasted using equipment and methods that ensure the highest quality coffee whilst being clean on the environment. Most importantly, our customers benefit from the tastiest coffee in town. Our delicious cakes are made locally by You Dessert It, lovingly handmade and contain only the best ingredients; local free range eggs, British butter and sugar, top quality chocolate, nuts and extracts (not synthetic essence or flavourings) all of which go to produce these beautiful confections. There s a flavour for everyone from traditional Victoria sponge and Drizzle cakes to the Pink Speckled cake a new twist on the popular carrot cake as it s made with beetroot! Just ask our staff about today s selection, we re sure to have something to satisfy ever sweet tooth. Copper s Bar Our bars stock a small but perfectly formed selection of lagers, craft beers and cask ales from Navigation Brewery, amongst others. A finely tuned list of wines and champagnes joins a range of spirits and liqueurs which are also skillfully blended into our house speciality cocktails.
