Our experienced staff will assist in making your event the ideal occasion for your business, association or family. Our 80-acre campus offers your company or organization the opportunity to have a distraction free environment with the ability to meet all your needs onsite. The Conference Center provides all your professional meeting areas while surrounding you with Dodger icons and Championship banners. The pool is ideal for relaxing during free time or hosting your evening casual dinner event, with the ability to add a bonfire! Additionally, our athletic fields and courts can be used for company team-building challenge events or a friendly softball game. At Historic Dodgertown you will find: 89 on-site villas including 10 suites Inside dining for up to 150 and Stadium Club Lounge for party events Large outdoor party space by the pool for up to ,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space featuring A/V capabilities On-site recreation including competition-size pool, tennis and basketball courts Historic athletic fields including 6,500 seat Holman Stadium Kitchen staff capable of preparing an array of tasty menu items

4 Facility Charges INDOOR EVENTS $ Jackie Robinson Room (entire) - 44 x 68 (2992 sq. ft.). Up to 180 people. $ Jackie Robinson II - 44 x 40 (1760 sq. ft.). Up to 80 people. $ Dining Room (up to 125 people)/stadium Club Lounge ( people) *Will incur additional charge if round tables are required in your setup. Included in the Indoor Event Facility Fee: Round tables with seating for eight, hurricane lamp centerpieces for each table, skirted head table, skirted guest book/reception table, skirted gift table, skirted cake table, skirted DJ table, white table cloths, white cloth napkins, dance floor (up to 15 x 18 ), discounted rate on Villas room block (based on availability), bridal party auxiliary area. *Indoor Event Fees in Stadium Club Lounge excluded from listing above. OUTDOOR EVENTS $ Poolside or Western BBQ Area - seating up to 400 people (Bonfire additional $ weather permitting) Included in the Outdoor Event Facility Fee: Outdoor style seating (picnic tables, umbrella tables), use of poolside recreation (swimming, sand volleyball, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes), practice field for softball or soccer (subject to availability), discounted rate on Villas room block (based on availability) Above prices are for a four-hour block and are subject to state and local sales tax. The client has three hours prior to the beginning of the event and one hour after the conclusion of the event for setup and breakdown of personal decorations. All decorations must be removed upon conclusion of event. Historic Dodgertown - Vero Beach, Florida will not be responsible for any items left behind. Payment terms as follows: a facility fee is due upon signing of contract. Balance of contracted amount is due seven (7) days prior to the event. Any remaining balance is due upon receipt of invoice on the date of event.
