Special Events & Catering Ordering Guide Catering Contact Info: (804) , catering@carytownburgers.com Thanks so much for inquiring about Carytown Burgers & Fries Catering services! We strive to serve the Best Burger in Town, whether at one of our three physical locations or out on the road in a mobile Food Truck at your special event! We are here to make your event the Best In Town! We offer three different catering packages, as outlined below: Basic Package - $11/person +tax Classic Package - $13/person +tax Premium Package - $15/person +tax While there is no fee to actually reserve the truck, we do require a $500 minimum in sales for any private event. This covers the basic labor, food, operational and travel costs associated with hiring the truck for a basic 2-hour event. Generally there are two main types of events: 1) Client-paid (Private events): when the client has a general idea in advance of how many attendees there will be and plans to cover the costs for all of the guest s food. In this case, a contract would be signed, a deposit (20% of the estimated total) will be collected, and then the balance may be settled on the day of the event, after services have been rendered. 2) Guest-paid (Public events): when the client is simply setting up/booking the event, however is planning on having each individual guest pay for themselves. In this case, the client will need to plan on signing a contract agreeing to make up the difference in case the $500 minimum is not met. All of our package pricing includes a choice of one entrée, one or two sides (depending on the package), and a drink. All of our packages are accompanied by a Build-Your-Own-Burger-Bar, where guests may add their own toppings to suit their personal preference. This includes: fresh cut tomatoes and onions, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise & mustard.

2 Our burgers are always fresh, never frozen! We offer the Certified Angus Beef Butcher s Blend patty from Schweid & Sons, an award-winning 85/15 lean chuck & sirloin blend. It is sure to be seasoned perfectly, juicy to the last bite, and satisfy even the biggest of appetites! All of our catering pricing is done per unit and thus priced per serving. You may add as many or as few units of any extra s and add-ons as you d like. If you have any special requests that aren t reflected on the menu, just ask! It s called catering reason - we re here to serve YOU! Regarding guest count, a reevaluated best guess (the target number ) is sincerely appreciated a week out from the event. This allows us ample time to finalize the food order and staff the event properly. The contract balance can then be readjusted to reflect the new target number. Regarding the day of service, we operate on the 10 Under/25 Over Rule. We will come prepared to serve 25% more than the target number of guests and will then adjust the balance accordingly. We are also willing to charge for 10% less than the target number in the event of serving fewer guests that expected. For example, if the target number is 100 people, then we will be prepared to serve up to 125 (25% over), and charge for as few as 90 (10% under). Our contract for private, client-paid events will include a 10% gratuity for the catering staff. They ll be working extra hard to make your event great, so in the event of our staff doing an excellent job, extra tips are always appreciated! Prices do not include tax nor delivery fees. Tax will be factored at the 11.3% Richmond City limit rate. Delivery fees are waived within a 15-mile radius, however after 15 miles (one-way) there is a fee of $2/mile.
