TERMS & CONDITIONS The Resort reserves the right to make a final decision to move any outdoor function to an indoor function room due to inclement weather. The decision to move a function must be made no less than four (4) hours prior to the dinner. Upon availability and feasibility, the Resort may also suggest postponing the dinner to a different date.
