2 GETABOUT CATERING Greetings, and thank you for the interest you expressed in our service, we will now give you a brief outline of what our business provides: RELAX We do it all, prepare, cook, serve your guests, clean up, and even pack up unused food for your enjoyment later on. SPIT ROASTS ARE COOKED ON-SITE or in our licensed premises just prior to your serving time. We only use premium cuts of meat and guarantee it will be tender and delicious. All of our salads are freshly made to order, not mass produced. All of our vegetables are FRESH not frozen. All food is guaranteed to be served at the correct temperature right till your last guest. GUARANTEE: We never run out of food, we always over cater for your numbers to ensure there is plenty of food WE GUARANTEE IT! Our menus are designed with simplicity in mind, we have made them all-inclusive, including staff as listed, and G.S.T. All of our menus include two staff, if you require more staff we can quote on this at the time of your enquiry. Our pricing structure gives you two choices; you can either opt for your meal to be served on good quality Disposable Dinnerware to keep the costs down, or you can choose to have your meal served on hard dinnerware for $1.10 extra per person. Pricing re Children: (Main Meals only) 4 10 years ½ price, children under 4 are free of charge. Our Cook on Site Spit Roast Buffets include buffet tables and cloths, and are very well presented. If our menus don t fit in with your budget, please ask us to quote on supply of the food only, allowing you to carve and serve your own buffet, ideal for smaller functions, where the minimum number of guests can not be achieved. We operate from licensed premises, and provide Public and Product Liability Insurance. We can quote on supply of bar staff if required. A small travelling charge may apply on some jobs depending on their location, please tell us where your function is to be held and we can quote immediately. MENU This Menu is particularly suitable for 21 s, engagements or any casual function, where you don t have the room to have your guests seated to have a formal meal. This is a main meal substitute; we guarantee your guests won t go home hungry. Cold Appetisers are laid out for your guests to help themselves to. Hot Appetisers are tray served by our waitress. We carve and assist with serving the spit roast rolls, we also pack all unused food up and leave with you for your enjoyment later.
