We do not use any prepared foods, nor do we use pork products in the preparation or seasoning of our food. If a pork entrée is selected it is cooked separately from all non pork entrees. Our staff here at Soul of The Earth Caterers, are here to assist you with everything from wedding planning and execution to making your dream a reality. Soul of the Earth Caterers has been serving the Philadelphia area for the past 15 years. Formally Simply Delicious Caterers we have catered for the Likes of: The Honorable John Street, Carl Singley, Stephanie Kane, NBC News 10, The Pennsylvania College Board, and many other prominent figures. We are happy to help you choose your location, linens, flowers, entertainment, photographer, and anything else you may need to make your event a success. 4

5 Since each event is unique to the individual palate, we have included some menu options for your review. This list in not all inclusive, of what we offer. If there is something that is not listed above please speak to one of our specialist and we will be more than happy to create the culinary delight you are looking for. We will work with you, and or your event planner to give you the most elegant affair, at a price that will keep a smile on your face. For seated dinner parties you may select your dinner entrée, vegetable, starch, and dessert. Each dinner entrée is accompanied by a fresh greens salad. You may add a soup for an additional $3.00 per person. Seafood soups priced slightly higher. Dinner rolls are also served with each entrée. We highly recommend that you offer your guests at least one hour of Hors d oeuvres. This will allow you, and your party time for photos, and any other incidentals in preparation for receiving your guests. We will price your package allowing your guests a choice between two entrees.
