Most importantly we ve been bringing people and good times together for ten years now and we like to think we ve got pretty good at it. Our talented events team can handle anything you want to create, so whether you re looking for space for a drinks and finger food event for 20, a 5-course banquette celebration for 250, an all-day knees up, or a corporate launch, we like to think we can accommodate you. 8 OUR FOOD We can do pretty much whatever you d like, from the lightest of canapés to a multicourse extravaganza. Good honest food taking inspiration from around the world and made fresh for you all responsibly sourced and reasonably priced. Being a proper sort of place we have a very proper selection of beers, wines, soft drinks, spirits, cocktails and coffees. We d love to offer you choices that pair with the menu you ve chosen. So if you re looking for a canapé selection and matching craft ales, a buffet with cocktails to highlight the flavours of the food, or wine to tie together the courses of a sit down meal, just ask for our advice. The following pages show some examples of what s previously worked well, but your menu will be specific to your party & palate!

IN PARTY: HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US?: TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Making a booking: A booking will remain as a provisional booking until a deposit has been received as cleared funds. 2. Deposit: The size of a function will dictate the size of the deposit required, but a private hire will normally require a non-refundable deposit and a smaller function a smaller amount. Payment can be made via BACS, a cleared cheque or a credit card payment in person using our chip and pin terminals. 3. Cancellation: Private hire events cancelled within 3 weeks (15 working days) of the event will forfeit the deposit in full. We will endeavour to return as much of your deposit as possible by trying to re-book the date of your event for another party. A similar sized or larger booking will result in us returning your deposit in full. 4. Guest numbers, pre-orders, changes and minimum spends: For private hire events, depending on the day of the month and the month of the year, we will normally have to agree a minimum spend that you party will reach. Depending on your menu choices, we will inform you of when we will need to know your choices by (so our kitchen can order, receive and prepare the food for you) and when we need to know final guest numbers by. Every party is different, but they all benefit from being organised in advance. 5. Noise Levels: Luckily we are not located in a residential neighbourhood, however we reserve the right to manage the noise levels if they start to impact on our ability to retain our licence. 6. Service Charge: We do add a discretionary 12.5% service charge to the nondrink element of your final bill. We hope you ll be happy with this as we always aim to provide excellent service.
