Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin and longest drive. Time: 8:00am Hunter Mt. Resort: Zipline ticket available. This is the largest zip line in North America! Tickets are $89 Mid Mt & $119 Skyride. Tours run approx 3hrs from 8:00AM-3:00PM. There is a 10% discount for 8 or more and a 15% discount for 35 people or more. Tell them you are with NYCOA and we will see what discount we can get. liz@zipsny.com The zipline needs to be done by reservation and they recommend at least 1 month in advance, as the schedule fills up fast. The Mt Club Spa is located on sight. Spa packages are available with significant NYCOA discounts. Spa manager- Katherine Lacey xt 3017, spa@huntermtn.com The outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam-room and exercise room will be available all day, even if your room is not ready. Drinks will be provided all day at the NYCOA hospitality room on the first floor (water, soda, beer, etc). Also available is disk golf, geocaching, hiking, adventure tower ropes. Time: 4pm. Hunter Mt Resort official room check-in time. You can show up earlier and obtain a day pass, to use the amenities, if your room is not ready before 4PM. Time: 5:00pm.-6:00pm- Cocktails/Appetizers, Fruit & Vegetable Platter w/dip Time: 6:00pm 10:00pm- BBQ at Hunter Mt Resort s provided by Yanni s Restaurant. BBQ Chicken & Ribs, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Baked Beans, Mac-N-Cheese, Corn on the Cob, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Tomato Cucumber Red Onion Salad, Corn Bread, Rolls & Butter, Cookies Tuesday July 29 th Time: 9:00am-NYCOA Business Meeting The Kattskill Club Resort with light refreshments. Time: All day- Zipline at Hunter Mountain, Groups of 12 every ½ hr. Mention NYCOA for reduced rate. Scenic Chair Lift-Hunter Mtn. $7pp based on the weather. Mt. Club Spa. Time: 5:00pm-10:00pm/Banquet and Auction at The Hunter Mt. Resort. Hors d ouvres and cash bar at 5pm. Division Pipe and Drum Band will perform prior to dinner. Pizza party will be available for kids 3 and up at The Kaatskill Club during the dinner and auction. Wednesday July 30 th Time: 9:00am/Retiree Shoot. 3 Meals: Picnic-$25/per person: Includes BBQ ribs and chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket, corn on the cob, mac-n-cheese, salads, baked beans, corn bread, rolls, homemade cookies. Banquet $50 Menu will include: Hors D Oeuvres. An all you can eat buffet including Mescalun garden salad, penne a la Taccetta (Italian penne tossed with fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and sweet peas), marinated grilled flank steak, chicken marsala (tender cutlets of chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and sweet marsala wine), stuffed filet of sole (with a lobster-chive sauce), strawberry shortcake, coffee, tea. Kids Pizza party- $15/person Unlimited pizza, soda, cookies All prices include gratuity. Breakfast Buffet Daily: A reduced rate of $11 for NYCOA members only. We need an approx head count a couple days in advance. Accommodations- *The discounted lodging prices are available to NYCOA members a couple days before and a couple days after the official dates of the convention. In case members want to check in early or stay more than two nights. $110/night on up. Rooms available with balconies and Jacuzzis. Kaatskill Mountain Club Located at Hunter Mountain Ski Resort.
