9 Gener a l infor m ation 1. All packages include exclusive use of the Ruck & Maul Restaurant and The Ultimate Rugby Experience. Terms & Conditions: Bookings are subject to availability of the venue. Booking of the Platinum Package is subject to the availability of the collector, Theo Geustyn. 2. If you would like to make use of the venue without any food or beverages, the following fees will apply: Half day (8am-2pm or 5pm-10pm): R6500 venue hire Full day (8am-10pm): R venue hire. A non-refundable 50% deposit secures booking. The balance will be due on the day of the function, after all costs and consumption have been determined. A 10% service charge will be added to all final accounts. 3. A dedicated events coordinator is available to manage all your event requirements, including booking, managing of suppliers for décor, entertainment and extra staff. The cost of the events coordinator will be based on requirements. Breakages will be charged at R50 per item. Live music is allowed. All noise must be turned down at 10pm. 4. Events, conferencing and private tours must be arranged by the manager. An confirmation must be sent to the customer, confirming their booking, after a deposit has been paid to secure the date. 5. Terms and conditions apply. An event coordinator can be booked at an additional cost. Please discuss with the venue manager. All decor and stationery is the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed or discussed. Any additional entertainment is the responsibility of the client. Additional staff can be requested at an additional cost. Any damages or loss of memorabilia in the museum will charged for and the client will be held responsible for such damages Events & Conferencing packages 9
