Rule #1. It s your WEDDING. Don t ruin it by trying to be the caterer, waitress and pot wash! Let us take the strain so you can enjoy time with your guests. We will provide clear, fair pricing so you can see what you are paying for and what each component costs. Rule #2. Feeding 100 people requires refrigeration, hygiene regulation and food safety standards to be maintained. We are fully inspected, licensed and insured for serving the public. Never let your big day be remembered for the wrong reasons! Rule#3. Don t waste money trying to feed everyone a buffet again later! We will recommend foods that people will enjoy during an evening of dancing. We can deliver items for relaxed parties, buffets set out onto tables for self service, barbecues and hog roasts, hamper events or provide fully staffed, waitered events. We can recommend venues, photographers, florists and hire companies to make your day perfect. You don t need a wedding planner because we talk to you and to the other suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly.

4 MIXED HOT AND COLD BUFFET Buffet display set out for guests to help themselves (with a member of staff to assist perhaps) Heated chafing dishes to present: Boeuf Bourguignon and Breton Chicken ( for example) Hot new potatoes drizzled with butter and finished with fresh herbs Full mixed salad with baby leaves, artichokes, vine tomatoes, cucumber etc. Dressed display salmon, lightly poached & decorated with cucumber, grapes, salad, lemons and curled spring onions. Vegetarian option. Why not consider our super Jamaican sweet potato hotpot, gently cooked through in coconut milk and infused with herbs, light spices and finished with dumplings. Great for vegetarians but also as a vegetable accompaniment too. Alternatively, our gluten free Roasted vegetable and mixed bean cassoulet, with rich herb and tomato sauce and a hint of white wine.
