12 Wedding Packages Conditions Wedding Packages are valid for weddings held in 2016 and 2017 Weddings at Pine Cliffs Hotel are eligible for a minimum contracted food and beverage of Weddings held on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are eligible for a minimum contracted food and beverage of Food & Beverage Minimums exclude Beach Club Rental and after party extension Catering Details Food tasting is available between November and April on the year of the wedding for set menu and for up to 2 guests, with the exception of festive seasons: Christmas, New Year s and Easter. For health and safety reasons, no food and beverage supply other than the one provided by the hotel is allowed Buffet and BBQ options are also available for a minimum of 50 guests Music Policies Per hotel policy live music is allowed until: Garden events - 10:30 pm Pavilion - 00:00 am Aldar & Beach Club - 02:00 am Events at the Beach Club and Falésia Beach For Dinners held at the Beach Club Terrace or on the Sand, a set up charge of 20 per person will apply (subject to invitees number) For events planned on the beach's sand a special license is required and an additional fee will apply (as from 1.000) Events held on the Beach Club or Sand are available as from 09:00pm Beach Club and Beach Venues are not available in July and August Payment Conditions To guarantee the venue, a deposit is required (not refundable in case the event is cancelled by the client) 30% of the total package - 90 days prior to the event 50% of the total package - 60 days prior to the event Remain - 15 days prior to the event If the payment is not received according to the above schedule, the Pine Cliffs Hotel reserves the right to open the venue and date for new events
