WHITE BURGUNDIES Etienne Sauzet This flagship of Puligny-Montrachet, created in the early part of the twentieth century, today covers 9 hectares. On the death of Etienne Sauzet his daughter Jeanine and her husband Gérard Boudot took responsibility for the domain which they still manage today. Its incredible terroirs and the outstanding winemaking skills of Gérard Boudot make Domaine Etienne Sauzet one of the absolute references amongst white Burgundies. The wines offer immense purity of expression in a magnificent marriage of finesse and elegance. La Romanée, the jewel of the domain within whose boundaries it lies exclusively, is the smallest appellation d origine contrôlée in France (8400 m2). In the prolongation of Romanée-Conti, this fabulous terroir has been recovered in its entirety by the Liger-Belair family, who spare no effort to take it to the highest level.

Nuits-Saint-Georges 1 er Cru Clos des Grandes Vignes Alain Chavy The estate consists of 6.5 hectares including 2.8 in Puligny-Montrachet and 2.5 in Premier Cru. Respectful of its soil, it performs manual harvest and a traditional winemaking. A small area in size but offers wines of very nice quality. Puligny-Montrachet Puligny-Montrachet Les Charmes Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières Marc Colin Since 2004 Marc Colin has passed the baton to Caroline, Damien and Joseph. Multi-talented, they perpetuate the spirit of their father s winemaking methods for the white wines, renowned for their purity and their grace. Montrachet Grand Cru Heitz Lochardet Armand Heitz, is a young winemaker who has more than one card up its sleeve. Established since 2012, it intends to shine again the name of his family in Côte de Beaune. Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru La Maltroie Domaine Leflaive All lovers of Chardonnay owe it to themselves to taste a wine from this magnificent domain in Puligny-Montrachet at least once in their lifetime. With their flawless precision, their finely honed expression and perfect definition of their terroir, the white wines from Domaine Leflaive are undeniably amongst the most compelling in all of Burgundy. The vineyard is biodynamic, and their

management of the soils allows them to attain a level of almost ultimate perfection. Bourgogne Puligny-Montrachet Puligny-Montrachet Meursault 1 er Cru Sous le Dos d Ane Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Clavoillon Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Pucelles Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru Domaine de La Romanée-Conti Domaine de la Romanée-Conti encompasses 25 hectares of vines, principally in the Côte de Nuits and the rare Montrachet Grand Cru (only 54 ares). The wines of Romanée-Conti are only offered for sale after a period of three years, and no effort is spared to ensure that these wines will age to perfection. Henry- Frédéric Roch, who manages the estate with Aubert de Villaine, has used biodynamic practices on a number of hectares for the last 10 years or so. The vines are on average between 30 and 40 years of age. Montrachet Grand Cru Jean Marc Roulot Devotees of Meursaults that are pure, upright and mineral have long been followers of this domain. Jean-Marc Roulot is incontestably one of the most skilful winemakers of the appellation, with a unique style that is revered for the brilliant purity of its wines and their ability to age gracefully. They are matured on lees for one year in barrel and six months in vat using only wild yeasts. Alas,

demand is such that it has become almost impossible for the domain to accept any new customers. Meursault Luchets Meursault 1 er Cru Les Bouchères Paul Pillot This long established family domain at Chassagne-Montrachet is one of the pillars of the appellation. Paul Pillot farms a little over 10 hectares, with an intelligent vision of winemaking that favours fruit and terroir over power and concentration. The result is a luminous range of wines of striking expressivity and precision. Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Champs Gain Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Caillerets Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru La Romanée François Raveneau At a time when the vineyards of Chablis were being submerged by technology, the Raveneau brothers, along with the Dauvissat family, were alone in remaining faithful to hand picking, to barrel ageing, to limited yields and full grape maturity. Their wines remain constant in their mineral expression of terroir and honey notes emanating from optimum maturity, given a final polish by oak ageing. A unique style that has brought them wide international acclaim. Chablis 1 er Cru Chapelots Chablis 1 er Cru La Forêt Chablis 1 er Cru Vaillons Chablis 1 er Cru Montée de Tonnerre Comtes Lafon René Lafon took responsibility for this domain in 1956, and his passion for wine and the vineyards led him to leave Paris to live in Meursault. Dominique Lafon succeeded his father in 1984, at first with his brother Bruno. The estate is composed of 16.3 hectares split amongst four villages: Meursault, Volnay, Monthélie and Chassagne-Montrachet, and covers 15 appellations.

Meursault Clos de la Barre Meursault 1 er Cru Les Bouchères Meursault 1 er Cru Charmes Meursault 1 er Cru Charmes Montrachet Grand Cru Olivier Leflaive A leading light of the region, Olivier Leflaive has over the years, with the complicity of his oenologist Franck Grux, constructed a domain to be reckoned with. In the image of their renowned Puligny-Montrachet, all of the wines are imprinted with the unique personality of the Burgundy appellations. Meursault 1 er Cru Sous le Dos d Ane Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru Domaine Pattes Loup Thomas Pico, established at Courgis, has worked the family estate since 2005, when he began the process of conversion to organic agriculture. No grand crus or illustrious terroirs, just the determination to work conscientiously and respect the terroir. The size of the domain allows him to devote himself entirely to the vineyard. His Chablis are at their most delicious whilst fairly young (between two to seven years old) in all the brilliance of their stellar fruit. Chablis 1 er Cru Beauregard Chablis 1 er Cru Butteaux Ballot-Millot et fils The family run Domaine Ballot-Millot at Meursault, holders of some of the best climates of Burgundy, offers us one of the finest and most delectable examples

of Côte de Beaune with the suppleness and fruit of truly great white wines such as Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet. Eminently rich and refined. Meursault 1 er Cru Les Charmes Meursault 1 er Cru Les Charmes Meursault 1 er Cru Les Perrières Meursault 1 er Cru Les Perrières Meursault 1 er Cru Genévrières Antoine Jobard Antoine Jobard, in the tradition of his father François, produces high level meursaults in classic style, with very long aging and no style effect. Never heavy nor wooded outrageously, the wines are conspicuous by their precision and especially their ability to age Meursault 1 er Cru Poruzots Meursault 1 er Cru Charmes Meursault 1 er Cru Genevrières Leroy The wines of Lalou Bize-Leroy continue to inspire and arouse passion. This woman with her extraordinary palate nurtures one of the most personal visions of wine in all of Burgundy. The vines are tended using biodynamic methods, without compromise, no matter what the cost. Meursault 1 er Cru Les Perrières Domaine d Auvenay Lalou Bize-Leroy is the unique owner of this small winery, which includes two Côte de Nuits Grand Crus and several remarkable parcels in the finest white terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. Here the same cultural and winemaking

principles are applied as at Domaine Leroy, producing wines in the same spirit. The whites are perhaps even more dazzling than the reds, with the low yields giving them an absolutely unique texture and phenomenal length. Auxey-Duresses Les Clous Meursault Les Narvaux Meursault Les Narvaux Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières Puligny-Montrachet En la Richarde Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Arnaud Ente Arnaud Ente figures on the list of the young ambitious winemakers of Burgundy. This entrepreneur and perfectionist with a singularly precise palate took over his parents-in-law s vines in 1992 enabling him to finally express his own style. He produces astounding Meursault of precision, purity and elegance. Bourgogne Meursault Meursault Meursault Meursault Petits Charrons Meursault Petits Charrons Meursault Petits Charrons Meursault Sève du Clos Michelot This property which has been in the Michelot family for six generations now covers 18 hectares, spread principally around the village of Meursault (notably Premier Crus Genévrières and Charmes). In the vineyard, Jean-François Mestre

has begun the conversion to biodynamic viticulture, eschewing herbicides and insecticides. Meursault Grands Charrons Meursault 1 er Cru Perrières Meursault 1 er Cru Les Genevrières Meursault 1 er Cru Les Genevrières Jacques Prieur The strength of this domain lies first and foremost in the grouping under a single name of vines situated in the most prestigious terroirs. From Montrachet to Chambertin, Corton, Echézeaux and Musigny, it encompasses 22 of the most legendary appellations of the Côte d'or. Made up exclusively of Grands and Premier Crus, it produces wines that are equally renowned in white as in red. Montrachet Grand Cru Bernard Bonin At the head of this domain in the Côte de Beaune, Véronique Bonin and Nicolas Bernard have become key figures in Meursault. Domaine Bernard-Bonin (ex- Domaine Michelot Mère et Fille) produce wines of regularity and coherence from 7 hectares of Chardonnay cultivated using sustainable methods. Meursault Limozin Meursault 1 er Cru Genevrières Meursault 1 er Cru Les Charmes-Dessus Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru La Garenne Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières Jean-Claude Bessin Since 1992 his wines have progressed a lot. The vineyard was restructured and the production was refined. The wines have lost their austere character and have gained density and flesh, while remaining remarkably mineral. Chablis 1 er Cru La Forêt Chablis Grand Cru Valmur Domaine de la Vougeraie After having run the domain since its creation in 1999, Pascal Marchand passed the reins in 2006 to Pierre Vincent and then his second François des Moutis. Created from the most magnificent terrors belonging to the Boisset family, the

domain produces white wines that are forthright, incisive and precise. An unequivocal success. Beaune Vougeot Le Clos du Prieuré Vincent Girardin The quality of the production is remarkably regular, with wines that offer exceptional expressivity and purity. The white wines are exemplary and deserve attention. Meursault Narvaux Meursault Narvaux Meursault 1 er Cru Genévrières Meursault 1 er Cru Les Perrières Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Referts Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Combettes Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Combettes Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Pucelles Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Pierre-Yves Colin is unquestionably one of the most gifted winemakers of his generation. He worked at the family estate of Marc Colin until 2005, after which he decided to spread his wings and create his own domain. Saint Aubin Le Banc Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru Chenevottes Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru Abbaye de Morgeot François Carillon François Carillon began working independently in 2010 when the family vineyard was split between himself and his brother Jacques. The strength of Domaine

Carillon has always lain in its meticulous work in the vineyard; with a basic material of great quality one cannot help but make great wines. Puligny-Montrachet Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Champs Gain Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Combettes Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Perrières Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Perrières Rémi Jobard A highly skilful winemaker, Rémi Jobard crafts supple, buttery Meursaults capable of ageing with distinction. Meursault En Luraule Meursault Les Chevalières Coche-Dury Modest and hardworking, Jean-François Coche-Dury, now assisted by his son, has not been altered by worldwide success. If J-F Coche-Dury s wines are easily recognisable from their pure, tensile and finely aromatic style, with their characteristic hint of hazelnut, they possess above all an extraordinary depth of palate and phenomenal length. Bourgogne Aligoté Meursault Meursault Les Chevalières Meursault Les Rougeots Meursault 1 er Cru Genevrières Meursault 1 er Cru Les Perrières Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Bruno Clair Bruno Clair is the grandson of Joseph Clair, founder of the celebrated Domaine Clair-Daü. Morey-Saint-Denis En la Rue de Vergy Dugat-Py Bernard Dugat-Py doesn t like to share his secrets; he works within the family circle, with the complicity of his wife and his son. He forms part of the elite of the Côte d Or, tending his vines with rare expertise, like a garden. Pernand-Vergelesses 1 er Cru Sous Frétille Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Jean-Claude Bachelet & fils Jean-Claude, the father, handed this magnificent vineyard of 10 hectares over to his sons Jean-Baptiste and Benoît who now manage this family domain with brio. Composed of the finest terroirs of Saint-Aubin and a few splendid parcels at Chassagne, its wines are made from perfectly ripe grapes using only wild yeasts. Saint Aubin 1 er Cru Les Combes au Sud Saint Aubin 1 er Cru En Remilly Saint Aubin 1 er Cru En Remilly Puligny-Montrachet Les Aubues Chassagne-Montrachet Les Encégnières Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Macherelles Benoit Ente

Benoît Ente is the brother of Arnaud, and like him, farms a tiny family vineyard which has the good fortune to include some excellent parcels at Puligny- Montrachet. The example of his brother, without doubt the most accomplished maker of Chardonnay in Burgundy today, is certainly an inspiration to him. With each new vintage Benoît Ente takes his wines to ever greater levels, by slight touches of improvement and attention to detail Puligny-Montrachet Puligny-Montrachet Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières Dujac Domaine Dujac is a Burgundy wine producer. The domaine is run by the Seysses family; the founder, Jacques Seysses, is still involved in its operation, but his sons, Jeremy and Alec and Jeremy's wife Diana have run the domaine for the past several vintages. Much like humans, vines are living organisms that need to be fed and treated with consideration. Home-produced composts, phytosanitary environmentally-friendly products, plowing, and a carefully preserved biological balance of the soil help us achieve our main cultivation goals. Meursault Meursault 1 er Cru Les Poruzots Meursault 1 er Cru Les Charmes Meursault 1 er Cru Les Charmes Joseph Drouhin Frédéric Drouhin has managed this impressive domain for several years, assisted by his sister Véronique for the wines and his brother Philippe in the vines. Puligny-Montrachet Puligny-Montrachet Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Champs Canet Bonneau du Martray Well known to all wine lovers, this gem of a domain possesses two particularities: all of its vines are situated in the Charlemagne climate and they produce only two wines, one white in Corton-Charlemagne, and the other red, in Corton. The know-how inspired by the tradition but also modern methods, naturally push them towards the creation of fine wines. With an area of 13 hectares of vines, mainly in the first Red Crus. Nuits saints Georges 1 er Cru Les Cailles

Philippe Charlopin-Parizot This emblematic winemaker of Gevrey-Chambertin today presides over a magnificent palette of terroirs, including no less than seven Grand Crus. In 2005 Philippe Charlopin made the wines at the renowned Château de Pommard, then in 2006 at Domaine de Fixin. His silky and deliciously seductive wines are an absolute joy. Vosne-Romanée Chambolle- Musigny Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru Clos Saint Denis Grand Cru Echezeaux Grand Cru Echezeaux Grand Cru Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru Arnoux-Lachaux This family domain at Vosne-Romanée are the owners of an impressive selection of Premier and Grand Crus: Romanée Saint-Vivant, Vosne-Romanée "Les Suchots", Clos Vougeot, Echezeaux The continuity of the domain and its tradition of excellence have been upheld since 1995 by Pascal Lachaux and his wife Florence Arnoux. They both pass the greater part of their time in the vineyard, inspired by organic methods, using horse traction. They seek principally to make wine in their own image, that will provoke emotion and above all pleasure, and they are certainly succeeding Chambolle-Musigny Vosne-Romanée Vosne-Romanée 1 er Cru Les Suchots Vosne-Romanée 1 er Cru Les Suchots Clos-Vougeot Grand Cru Clos-Vougeot Grand Cru Echézeaux Grand Cru Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru

Marquis d Angerville Guillaume d Angerville continues to maintain this famous domain at the highest level. For several decades his wines with their pure and terroir inspired style have been absolute references in Burgundy in general and Volnay in particular. Volnay 1 er Cru Champans Volnay 1 er Cru Clos des Ducs Sylvain Cathiard & fils It all began in the twenties when Alfred Cathiard acquired his first vines. His son André joined him in the 1940s, purchasing the Aux Malconsort parcel in 1972, followed in turn by his son Sylvain who largely developed the domain. Today it is Sylvain s son Sébastien who continues the tradition, producing incredibly harmonious wines with exceptional energy and purity of fruit. Vosne Romanée 1 er Cru Aux Malconsorts Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru Dugat-Py At Gevrey-Chambertin, the Dugat-Py are practically an institution. Perpetuating the family tradition Bernard Dugat-Py embarked on his first vintage in 1975, and created the Domaine Bernard Dugat-Py in 1994 (combining his name with his wife s maiden name, Py). Working closely with his wife and his son he forms part of the elite of the Côte d Or, with vineyards that are some of the most beautifully tended in all of Burgundy. These old vines originating from their own root stock (massal selection) confer a unique flavour on the grapes. Made with a minimum of intervention, using a high proportion of whole clusters, they give deeply coloured, powerful wines that carry the imprint of the terroir. Slow to develop, they only reveal their full splendour after several years ageing. Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes Gevrey-Chambertin Evocelles Vieilles Vignes Gevrey-Chambertin Cœur de Roy Très Vieilles Vignes

Bruno Clair Bruno Clair is the grandson of Joseph Clair, founder of the celebrated Domaine Clair-Daü. With his faithful aide and associate, Philippe Brun, he produces classic Burgundies which are truly delicious young and absolutely remarkable when aged, immediately recognisable for their velvety texture, invariable density and incredible length. A splendid series of Gevrey-Chambertin and Marsannay make up this domain of exemplary regularity. Gevrey-Chambertin 1 er Cru Clos Saint Jacques Gevrey-Chambertin 1 er Cru Les Cazetiers Gevrey-Chambertin 1 er Cru Clos du Fonteny Chambertin Clos De Bèze Grand Cru Patrice Rion Patrice Rion is very special winemaker. In order to maintain the same creamy character in his wines year in year out, he captures and propagates the wild yeasts naturally created by the wine in the barrels destined to hold his next harvest. An ingenious method that is organic in the true sense of the word (without claiming certification) and that he is unique in having adopted, thus giving a veritable signature to his wines. Chambolle-Musigny Les Cras Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Fuées Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses Aleth Girardin Composed of old vines, the Domaine has an exceptional vegetal heritage, the average age of the plots being around 65 years. The Rugiens-Bas and the Grands Epenots hold the record, the plantation dates back to The winemaking and breeding are identical for all the appellations, only the terroir makes the difference. Pommard 1 er Cru Epenots Pommard 1 er Cru Rugiens-Bas

Domaine de la Vougeraie In charge of the domain since its creation in 1999, Pascal Marchand passed the hand in 2006 to Pierre Vincent then to his second François des Moutis. The Domaine de la Vougeraie, created by the combination of the most beautiful terroirs of the Boisset house, has now reached a very high level of cruising. Benefiting from modern infrastructures and a very respectful approach to the terroirs in terms of vinification, it is one of the most interesting. Corton Clos du Roi Grand Cru Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Bel Air Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru René Bouvier Bernard Bouvier is part of the young generation of winemakers who have injected new life into Burgundy. Like many others, he first adopted a modern, highly extracted style of wine, later adjusting his winemaking to express greater finesse. Chambolle-Musigny 1 er Cru Les Fuées Henri Richard Henri Richard was one of the first oenologists making wine at Gevrey- Chambertin to sell wine in bottle. The arrival of the new generation - Sarah Bastian (granddaughter of Henri Richard, who lives on the domain), and her brother Richard Bastian (an oenologist working in Canada), brought new impetus to the domain. Organic methods started to be put in place in 1966, and the domain received certification in Guillaume Berthier was appointed Technical Director in 2013 and this young team are already producing very convincing wines. Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Corvées Gevrey-Chambertin Les Tuileries Mazoyères Chambertin Grand Cru

Georges Roumier Christophe Roumier continues to work in all serenity to produce wines of consummate balance. The domain possesses an extensive heritage of old vines and magnificent terroirs in Bonnes-Mares, Musigny, and in the Cru of Les Amoureuses. Le Clos de la Bussière, acquired in 1953 and replanted in the eighties, represents, in the most recent vintages, an excellent introduction to the wines of this domain. Few producers are making wines of such beauty, whatever the vintage. Chambolle-Musigny Morey-Saint-Denis Clos de la Bussière Armand Rousseau For several years Eric Rousseau, son of Charles and grandson of Armand, has been making an impression with a subtle combination of elegance, nobility and density, but also silkiness of texture and softly spicy notes that render his wines immediately recognisable.the regularity and the quality of the domain is positively astounding given the disparity of the cuvees, attributable to its extraordinary patrimony of exceptional vines. Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Cazetiers Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Lavaux Saint Jacques Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Clos Saint Jacques Clos de la Roche Grand Cru Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru Chambertin Grand Cru Chambertin Grand Cru

Hubert & Laurent Lignier Domaine Hubert Lignier is a reference in Morey-Saint-Denis and beyond. On his retirement Hubert Lignier placed his vines in the hands of his son Romain, now deceased, who produced some of the most regular and accomplished wines in Burgundy. Hubert s other son Laurent now runs the domain and continues to produces precise, full and generous wines that age gracefully. Morey-Saint-Denis Jean Grivot The Grivot family were originally from the Jura, coming first to cultivate the vine in the Hautes-Côtes in the 18 th century, later settling at Vosne-Romanée. In 1919 Joseph Grivot sold off some of his less qualitative vines to pay for a large parcel of Clos Vougeot, one of the most famous Grand Crus of Burgundy. In 1984 Jean, like his father before him, acquired another superb parcel, and not just any Grand Cru, but 3100m2 of Richebourg. Vosne-Romanée Bossières Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Rouges Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Roncières Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Pruliers Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Boudots Richebourg Grand Cru Anne Gros Worried of practising the most respectful vine growing of the man, the plant and the Terroir, Anne Gros is interested for a long time in the biodynamie and in the "organic" culture of the vineyard without finding there however a full blooming. The conservation of the biodiversity, the problem of the collapse of grounds, the energy consumption, the constant search to limit inputs are constant working track and correspond to no satisfactory label. Nuits Saint Georges Les Damodes Gevrey Chambertin La Croix des Champs Chambolle Musigny La Combe d Orveau Richebourg Grand Cru

Pascal Roblet-Monnot Pascal Roblet is a talented young winemaker who is part of the generation contributing to the renewal of Volnay. He was an early adopter of biodynamic viticulture and favours a style that is dense, deeply coloured and robust, rather than the elegance that has come to be expected from this appellation. These wines of distinct personality are profound, rich and very complex with brilliant fruit, and represent excellent value. Volnay 1 er Cru Taillepieds Philippe and Vincent Lécheneaut Created at the end of the fifties by Fernand Lécheneaut, this domain at Nuits- Saint-Georges began with 2.5 hectares around Nuits, Chambolle and Morey. In 1986, Philippe and Vincent took over, adding vines in the neighbouring villages of Gevrey, Vosne and Marsannay. Today the domain covers 10 hectares and includes 18 different appellation situated principally in the Côte de Nuits on the most prestigious terroirs. Clos de la Roche Grand Cru Clos de la Roche Grand Cru Violot-Guillemard No great wine without good grapes. That's why I give great care to work the soil. My vines are conducted in organic farming since Proud of the heritage passed on to me my ancestors, I like to keep a healthy soil, capable of giving its multiple traits to each of my wines. Pommard 1er Cru Epenots Pommard 1 er Cru Rugiens Lignier-Michelot Virgile Lignier worked hard to raise his domain of the Burgundian elite. His efforts enable him to obtain clean and straight wines, sometimes at the limit of austerity more always with a great respect for the fruit. Few fleshy, its wines prefer the finesse to the volume of mouth. Gevrey-Chambertin Cuvée Bertin Chambolle-Musigny 1 er Cru Cuvée Jules Clos de la Roche Grand Cru Clos de la Roche Grand Cru

Christophe Perrot-Minot The Domaines Perrot-Minot are proprietors of an impressive patrimony of Villages, Premier Crus and old vine Grand Crus, completed by some grape purchasing, in, amongst others, Chambertin and Chambertin-Clos de Bèze. A perfectionist, Christophe Perrot-Minot produces powerful, refined wines that give natural expression to the terroir. From very old vines such as those from La Richemone and La Combe d Orveau he has created the cuvee Ultra, quintessence of the terroir. Gevrey-Chambertin Chambolle-Musigny Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru La Combe d Orveau Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Echanges Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Perrières Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru Domaine des Perdrix In 1996 when the Devillard family took over Domaine des Perdrix it was still relatively unknown, allowing Robert Parker to state that even in the grand terroirs of the Côte de Nuits it was still possible to uncover great quality. The excellence of its terroirs, meticulous work in the vineyards and a rigorous approach to winemaking and maturing have gained Domaine des Perdrix a well-deserved reputation. Vosne Romanée Nuits-Saint-Georges 1 er Cru 8 ouvrées Nuits-Saint-Georges 1 er Cru 8 ouvrées Gevrey Chambertin 1 er Cru La Perrière Echezeaux Grand Cru Echezeaux Grand Cru

Jean-Yves Bizot Abandoning geology, his first passion, Jean-Yves Bizot s sense of adventure and creative spirit led him to take up the reins of this (tiny) family domain in "More down to earth, more sedentary, more modest..." Though not easy to coax the best from this miniscule vineyard. Vosne-Romanée 1 er Cru Cuvée Elise Fermouche Rossignol Trapet The splitting up in 1990 of the original Domaine Trapet vineyard gave birth to Domaine Rossignol-Trapet on the one hand and Domaine Jean Trapet on the other. Less well-known than their cousin Jean-Louis Trapet, the Rossignol brothers - Nicolas and his younger brother David - have always placed the greatest importance on the way the vineyard is run. They first adopted biodynamics in 1997, with the conversion of the entire domain in Latricières Chambertin Grand Cru Chapelle Chambertin Grand Cru Hudelot-Noëllat has extensive vineyard holdings based around the Noëllat heartland of Vosne- Romanée and covering all the villages from Nuits St Georges to Chambolle- Musigny. Charles Hudelot arrived at the domaine to take over from his grandfather Alain in 2008, assisted also by Vincent Munier who has been working there since There is no intention to deviate from the previous style of fine, fragrant wines however. Vosne-Romanée 1 er Cru Les Beaumonts Henri Delagrange and Sons The desire of Didier Delagrange is to produce fleshy, round wines, greedy in fruits, shining of finesse and elegance. The estate has 14,50ha of vines. Their philosophy is to harvest perfectly healthy grapes with optimal ripeness, to decipher at best each vintage to preserve the natural balance of the wine, to respect the soils by minimizing the interventions in vinification and to preserve the flesh, the fruit and the aromatic purity of the wine. wine during its breeding to extract the best. Volnay 1er Cru Champans Volnay 1er Cru Clos des Chênes

Volnay 1er Cru Clos des Chênes Denis Mortet Domaine Denis Mortet raised to a rare level of expression a style of wine which became the symbol of modern winemaking in Burgundy. Exceptional grape maturity, immediately engaging floral and fruity aromas amplified by finely judged oak ageing, and textures of phenomenal precision and plenitude. Arnaud Mortet continues the work of his father whilst honing extractions and adjusting maturing to produce wines that are less demonstrative but without doubt infinitely more subtle. Marsannay Longeroies Gevrey-Chambertin 1 er cru Gevrey-Chambertin 1 er Cru Lavaux Saint Jacques Chambolle-Musigny 1 er Cru Beaux Bruns Clos Vougeot Grand Cru Chambertin Grand Cru Bruno Clavelier Bruno Clavelier is passionate about what he does, and it shows in his wines. He loves his region, respects his terroir and cossets his vines. He gives voice to the terroir in perfect harmony with nature, and works according to the lunar cycle. The results lives up to all expectations: wines of immense purity, without frills but with enormous charm and finesse. Chambolle-Musigny 1 er Cru Combe d Orveaux Chambolle-Musigny 1 er Cru Combe d Orveaux Vosne-Romanée 1 er Cru Les Beaux Monts Vosne-Romanée 1 er Cru Aux Brulées
