Veludo is a unique venue perfect for any kind of special event from 21st birthdays, engagements or work parties through to Christmas parties and hens do s. Veludo also puts on live music 3 nights a week featuring acoustic, soul, funk, reggae, pop and house music that runs long into the night; this is certainly a venue unlike any other. Spaces & Capacities The Candy Room This exclusive space is adorned with a giant wrought iron gate entrance, an indulgent list of canapés, and an array of packages presented to suit intimate or large gatherings, birthday celebrations, engagements and more. The room has its own bar as well as a cosy seated booth area and is perfect for cocktail style functions. Capacity: 90 people The Garden Bar & Balcony Veludo now offers the perfect location for smaller gatherings to larger celebrations in an outdoor environment! Our Garden Bar and balcony is the perfect spot for all types of functions from birthdays and engagements to after work drinks and end of the year celebrations! We can reserve an exclusive space for or for larger groups of up to 60 the whole area can be hired. You can reserve the Garden Bar until 3am Monday -Thursday and 10.30pm Friday-Sunday. Capacity: 80 The Restaurant Located on the ground floor open to the happening street, our restaurant offers modern furnishings with an amazing wine bottle feature wall. The menu is modern Australian with a lovely home cooked feel about it. For group bookings over 10 we recommend a set menu with a choice of two or three courses. Capacity: 70 people After Parties Looking for an after party but everyone seems to say NO? With our 3am licence Veludo is the perfect place to continue any type of celebration! Our Garden bar, balcony, dance floor and private function room combined can accommodate for up to 300 people allowing for the biggest parties to kick on! 8 ADDITIONAL OPTIONS Tunes We offer free live music in the main bar Wednesday to Sunday... The Candy Room is fully equipped with an ipod connection and CD player, or you can choose to share the in-house music played through our state of the art speaker system. DJ - $450 Price includes all equipment and your own personal DJ for five hours with a selection of great tunes. You are also welcome to provide your own DJ and equipment. Audio visual- included in room hire This includes use of our inbuilt screen, data projector, audio system and onsite assistance. Cupcakes - $3.5 each Delicious personalised cupcakes are available in a range of yummy flavours for your special occasion. (our gorgeous vintage style cupcake stand is free to hire with any cupcake order) Decorations We can source just about any kind of decorations for you, or feel free to bring your own!

9 TERMS & CONDITIONS Room hire & deposit for the Candy Room A deposit is required in order to confirm your event with us. The $250 room hire fee for The Candy Room can be used as the deposit and includes microphone, projector, any linen, tea light candles, security and your own personal bar tender for your event. Minimum spend A minimum spend is required in order to book the Candy Room or and Garden Bar, this is to made up of food and beverage, and is determined by the date, time and style of your event, the minimum spend can also be made up of a cash bar where guests purchase their own beverages. Cancellations In the event of a cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. Under 18 s Permission for underage patrons to enter the venue is taken on a case by case basis at management s discretion. Underage patrons must remain inside the function room and be supervised by a parent or guardian, they must also leave the venue by 10pm. Method of payment Payments can be made by credit card, EFT, bank transfer or cash. All functions must be fully paid for on the night of the event or prior.
