5 Ingredients 1 2# Chuck Roast cut into 2 cubes 4 garlic cloves crushed 2 tsp olive oil 1 cup red wine 2 c chopped carrots 1.5 c chopped onions.5 c low sodium beef broth 1 tblsp tomato paste 1 tsp chopped rosemary 1 tsp chopped thyme Bay leaf oz can diced tomatoes 3 cups egg noodles Directions Heat oven to 300 Heat small dutch oven cook garlic in oil for 5 min. Remove with slotted spoon, set aside. Increase heat to med high add beef, salt and pepper and brown all sides Remove beef from pan, add wine and bring to a boil. Add reserved garlic, beef, salt, pepper, carrots and remaining ingredients Cover and bake at 300 for 2.5 hours until beef is tender. Discard bay leaf and serve over noodles Can also make in a slow cooker!! Prepare the same just put in beef mixture in crock pot, cover and cook on high for 5 hours! 1 box Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix 1 stick Butter 1 (20-oz.) Can Sugar Free Cherry Pie Filling 1 cup Strawberries, sliced Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dump strawberries in bottom of 12x9" cake pan. Empty cherry pie filling and Spread in pan. Top with dry cake mix. Cut butter into squares and place on top. Space out evenly. Bake for 1 hour or until cake is golden brown.
