1 Al Sahel Villas Dinner Menu At Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Sahel Villa Resort, we strive to source fresh produce locally to ensure our carbon footprint is reduced to a minimum. In accordance with this ethos we support the local fishing community in the United Arab Emirates and would like to ensure the long term stability of healthy fisheries. A serious depletion of Hammour in local waters means that we do not buy or serve Hammour in any of our restaurants on the island.
