2 BLOSSOM BARN Blossom Barn is a 17th Century barn in an extremely enviable rural location in Hepworth, Holmfirth. Just a 10 minute picturesque drive from the village of Holmfirth and with parking for up to thirty cars. The barn itself has undergone a complete transformation in recent years and is a warm and inviting building, with brand new toilets, kitchen and cloakroom area. The main room houses a large blank space that can seat up to 60 daytime guests with stage area for your choice of band or DJ. For larger numbers, we have a large open field to house a marquee, tepee or yurt allowing for daytime numbers up to 200 guests.

Your wedding day comes with all you'd expect from a wedding venue. 5 Afternoon Tea Vintage styled Afternoon tea is a very dainty way to celebrate your event. We only use the finest ingredients and all our delicious cakes and scones are home made. Everything is presented on vintage hand made tiered cake stands and includes all crockery. Caramelised red onion and goats cheese quiche Award winning pork pies Pork and apple sausage rolls Beef and horseradish finger sandwiches Brie and grape finger sandwiches Prawn mayonnaise finger sandwiches Cucumber and cream cheese finger sandwiches Egg mayonnaise finger sandwiches Freshly baked scones served with clotted creams and a selections of jams. Delicate Macarons Battenburg Cake slices Victoria sponge cake slices. 6 BBQ Menu Our BBQ's are something that get people talking, we take meat seriously. We only use quality meats and give them every bit of attention they deserve to give you and your guests some truly delicious BBQ food. Texan Brisket Brisket smoked in Oak and hickory wood for 15 hours Big D s Ranch Burger Made to our own secret recipe and quality Beef Rare Breed Sausages Smoked to perfection to build flavour and give an authentic bbq taste Triple Layer chicken Chicken pieces cooked to perfection in a sweet and tangy sauce Authentic American Potato Salad Blended mustard and mayo gives this an authentic taste. BBQ Beans Our own special bean recipe. Adults, kids, actually everyone loves them! Slow cooked on the BBQ Coleslaw Southern Style Creamy coleslaw with a slight kick Mixed Green Salad Chef s choice of salad items Bread Buns Baked fresh from local bakers Veggie Option Smoked pepper filled with veggie stuffing with a kick of lemon Homemade Bean Burger Veggie Kebab Sauces 2 x sauces along with other traditional condiments Cutlery High quality plates & cutlery provided. 7 Wood Fired Pizza For our pizzas we only use the finest quality ingredients, including Caputo OO flour, San Marzano DOP tomatoes and fior di latte. We hand slice quality Italians hams and use locally reared meat for our homemade meatball and sausage toppings. We finish pizzas with chilli or garlic oil, fresh basil and parmesan. Parma ham and mushroom Homemade Italian sausage (pork, fennel seeds, honey and chilli flakes) Portobello mushroom and truffle oil Slow cooked pulled pork and Henderson s relish Chorizo and roasted red pepper Home roast ham and fresh pineapple. Asparagus and roasted sweet potato Nduja (spicy Calabrian soft salami) Nduja, hot and spicy chorizo and jalapeños Napoli salami with olives Courgette and goats cheese Mixed vegetable Meat feast Pepperoni Classic Neapolitan margherita 10.50pp Parma ham, asparagus and buffalo mozzarella (olive oil instead of tomato) Homemade beef meatball and mushroom Pancetta, spinach and olive Parma ham, rocket, cherry tomato and parmesan (garlic olive oil instead of tomato) Grilled artichoke, asparagus and cherry tomato Caramelised onions, goats cheese and roasted squash (garlic olive oil instead of tomato) Bresaola and mushroom We can also produce a specially designed children s menu or a pizza classics menu.

Alternatively, why not hold a 'Cake Off' and ask your guests to bring in their home baked goodies we can provide all serving ware for just 95 hire charge. These menus are by no means exhaustive, speak to us about creating your own bespoke menu. Drinks Package We can provide a traditional drinks package from just 12.50pp Please see all of our drinks packages on the next page. If you decide to choose one of our drinks packages then all adult guests will be charged for. Why not add on extras such as a free bar tab, drinks tokens, games or beer pong? We do allow you to bring your own alcohol for a 10pp surcharge. All guests will be charged for and all alcohol provided by the couple is permitted until 6pm only. Our in house bar will also be open alongside this and from 6pm onwards.

11 glamping! Fancy adding a real 'festival' feel to your wedding day? Why not invite your guests to join you in your very own GLAMPING VILLAGE. Situated on our field, either along side your chosen structure or on it's own, you can spend the evening toasting marshmallows around the campfire before heading to bed in one of our purpose built wedding bell tents. Lots of our couples pass the cost on per tent to their guests (it's cheaper than a hotel) or you could include it in your wedding day by paying for it yourselves. Get TEN 4m Bell tents (each sleeps up to 4 people) furnished with a high quality air bed, lamp, table, rug, cushions and fairy lights. PLUS the luxurious Honeymoon Tent a 5m bell tent with wrought iron, fully dressed double bed and furnished with side table, cushions, rug, lamp, fairy lights and chilled bottle of champagne waiting for you for only (That's as little as 40pp)
12 TERMS & CONDITIONS Confirmation To confirm your booking we ask you to pay a nonrefundable and nontransferable 25% deposit. Cancellations In the event of cancellation the following will apply: Cancellation of more than 6 months prior to the date will be loss of deposit only. Cancellation within 36 months prior to the date will incur a charge of 50% of budget costs based on advised numbers at the time of booking. Cancellation within 13 months less 1 day prior to the date will incur a charge of 75% of budget costs based on advised numbers at time of booking. Cancellation within 1 month prior to the date will incur a charge of 100% of budget costs based on advised number at time of booking. Final numbers Please advise us of final numbers 4 weeks in advance. This will be the minimum number you will be charged for. Payment method Payment can be made by either, a cheque, bank transfer or cash. No credit or charge cards will be accepted. Bank details Mrs Nicola Warren sort code: Account Final Payment Payment is due 4 weeks prior to your reception by bank transfer, cheque or cash. Cheques must have cleared by this date. Consideration for the neighbours on arrival, during and leaving your event is paramount. Music levels must be lowered right down by 11.30pm with last orders at 12.00am. As a couple you may provide alcohol for your daytime reception at a supplement of 8pp (all guests will be charged for) and this must be finished by 6pm. Only preauthorised alcohol will be allowed on site, any guests found to be bringing their own will be asked to leave. Please make this clear to your guests. We require a safety deposit of 500 to be paid with your final balance, this is a standard amount to protect ourselves and the premises. This will be refundable when the site has been cleared and inspected. We do allow the couple to bring pet(s) but this must be preauthorised before your wedding day. Any mess needs to be cleaned immediately and disposed of responsibly. Access to the site is available from Thursday and can be arranged with Nicola.
