2 ABOUT US Pier 73 Restaurant is a great waterfront destination for business lunches, relaxed after work dinner gatherings or evening drinks with colleagues. Suspended over the Fraser River with magnificent floor to ceiling views of the North Shore Mountains, Pier 73 is an excellent backdrop for any occasion. Our chefs are leading the revolution in the Farm to Table concept. Capitalizing on ethically raised animals, sustainable seafood and local produce from harvest to storage and process to ensure fresh flavours at every bite. We are proud to use family owned suppliers of local products wherever and whenever possible.
